ExpressPCT- US and international generic pharma

Hi,

International relates to our India warehouse, a package from Turkey once shipped only takes 5 days on average. As mentioned we do greatly apologize for the mistake and are happy to refund you for your order.

I mentioned in my email to you that it will only take 2 days longer to reach you.

Again, I do very much apologize and other than refunding you for your entire order and promising we will not do such a thing again without your consent there is not much we can do :-(

As to why it was shipped from Turkey, a colleague may have overcounted stock and felt it was the next best solution as on average it is the same speed as US domestic at this time.

Lol you just told the guy above international orders take a month to arrive and you’re telling me 2 days.

Hi,

That is correct, we have many different warehouses that are located internationally but when we refer to our main "international" warehouse we are referring to our warehouse in India. This warehouse has slower shipping times and often can take up to a month or longer. Packages from our European Pharmaceutical line (located in Turkey) ship with express couriers, they almost never take longer than 5 working days.

To be fair my usual intl order from. Him take 2 to 3 weeks at most in the past and he just spoke with me and said my order has been shipped so no issues for me except it took 6 days to ship out instead of the usual 2 days that I think I saw him say somewhere

Hi,

Your order was shipped 2 days after it was made however the tracking can be a little misleading. EMS tracking does not update until it reaches Mumbai airport and is leaving India, this is unlike DHL where it updates from day 1 which you are likely used to with us! Although, EMS is quicker overall.

The same applied for when we used to have our Singapore warehouse, it did not update until it left Singapore as first update for EMS is at the Singapore Port for export. This has left a few customers confused as during Christmas season it can take packages more than 1 week to reach the port for export, this lead to some customers claiming we did not ship some packages.

If you request DHL you will see tracking from the first day but I do not recommend it as it is not as fast as EMS. It is on average 1-2 weeks slower.

The next products we will stock US domestic will actually be SARMs. The issue with Nebivolol is that you need to stock large amounts as it is usually purchased in bulk, this can increase risk when we ship that in bulk through customs.

So no telmisartan in the US domestic shop either? And will you be restocking cialis soon?

The fact that EU international and US domestic take the same amount of time speaks very poorly to the speed of your domestic service. It completely negates the purpose of ordering domestic. So what exactly am I paying a premium for? Nothing apparently. You should make this abundantly clear to your US domestic customers that because of the arbitrary way you ship packages you will be waiting close to two weeks and, just like with international, you will have no idea when it will show up. Leaving your customers in the dark about this is stupid on your part and a really good way to make sure you don't get repeat business.

The EU Warehouse ship time is the same as US domestic?

I fucking hope not, I made an order a few over the weekend. recieved confirmation today. Hoping it is quick. Otherwise yeah I'd have gone a different route...
Tomorrow will be 7 days for me and tracking still doesn't work on a domestic order. Customer service said this is normal and to just keep waiting. Total fucking joke.

Well that's weird as fuck to me, been 3 or 4 days ,this morning got confirmation it shipped along with a note saying they do not for security purposes give tracking on domestic. But you got tracking on domestic ?

They didn't give me the tracking number. I was able to see it in the system due to having informed delivery with USPS. If you sign up with informed delivery from usps.com you can see any time someone creates a shipping label for your address. You'll have the tracking number regardless of whether or not they gave it to you.

Hi,

This is actually normal, that is the whole reason FedEx exists, it is their business model. Their business model is to get your packages worldwide within just a few days.

Postal services such as USPS are different, they are not there for express delivery worldwide. They are there as a reliable service that is cost-efficient. USPS is not meant to compete with FedEx and will likely never do so. If USPS were able to fulfill the role of FedEx then there would be no reason for FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, GLS, TNT, DPD to exist.

The whole point is that we paid the premium, the order could not be fulfilled domestically and so we paid the premium delivery service to ensure the customer received their order within a reasonable amount of time. It was us that paid the cost, FedEx is expensive. Unlike USPS which does not aim to be profitable, FedEx must be profitable and for such an express direct route service they charge higher prices.

An example of an express service - Turkey to UK takes 1 day with UPS when we ship, Royal Mail takes around 2 days for UK domestic. That is where UPS competes.

The majority of US domestic orders are received within a week but we are very clear on the speed of the European Pharmaceuticals warehouse. It is incredibly quick. European Pharmaceuticals being just as quick as US domestic does not entirely reflect badly on our US domestic warehouse, in fact it reflects to the quality of service that FedEx offers.

I would just like to note that at the end of it all, we offered a 100% refund and the items to the customer that had their items shipped through FedEx. They have not yet accepted the offer but the offer is there.

Hi,

For security risk minimization we do not offer tracking but some choose to use informed delivery however we will not advertise it.

In the past customers have posted the location we shipped from as they did not believe it presented any harm.

Hi,

While I understand your anger you are welcome to a second opinion and I don't believe you have reached out to my address - Rick@expresspct.com

Our business has more "employees" (for lack of a better word) than a smaller operations but we are still a small business.

We have posted even publicly above that we have offered 100% refunds + the items for the delay. You only need to ask. As a business business we rely mostly on return customers and that is why we have offered 100% refunds on it.

We do not do that because that is profitable, that is done because it is motivation for us to improve as we are losing money and also to show you that we care completely about your experience. At that point it is us quite literally giving away free items worth hundreds of dollars, I don't believe compensation in this industry gets much better.

I understand everyone's anger if there is an issue and I do understand the posts but at the end of it the result would be the same if not better if anyone with issues just emailed me and said "Hey Rick, there are some issues with my order. What compensation can I receive and what can be done to get my order back on track?"

~Rick

I will need to check if that is a popular item before I can answer, I am not too sure if it is. In the future we will try to find a way to allow customers to choose new products that we stock in our domestic warehouses, perhaps we will do this through a test run of stocking it!

There should be a page on ur site about how to order stating these things like how eu warehouse to us had a TA time of... and other things like that bc as a new customer it appears that if us domestic warehouse doesn't have something then I assume I have to order from intl warehouse. Common sense would dictate eu warehouse is for eu. I just didn't understand these things at first

Hi,

I will make sure to put that on our FAQ sometime today. We are in the process of building a new website and we believe it will better display warehouses.

Just as a general post here - All of our warehouses are available to US customers.
