Since your favorite country is cleaning up and our sources are getting ready or already shutting down, let’s take off our minds such matters and talk exercises even for a moment.

So, what exercise/movement are you working on or enjoy doing right now, wether you’re trying to improve on or just incorporated.

I am currently loving decline barbell press, for some reason with the decline position I feel minimal shoulder involvement. I incorporated it a month ago and have been consistently adding reps/weight.

Feel free to share yours.

i'm loving cable upright rows, i love the constant/smooth tension and really concentrate on the negative or bringing it down nice and slow, i feel it engages my traps as well as the lateral head of the shoulder , for me anyways

Are you using rope or a bar extension?
I use the extension bar straight or ez curl bar for moving heavier weight and rope for lighter weight higher reps. Who doesn’t?
Please don’t telll me ghoul is influencing u?
I have had the best gains paying 80-90$ a vail when I could have payed half but still got just as good gains. lol.

Rest-pause everything. Medium reps 2 sets per body part workouts upper-lower split.

Quads get the widow maker treatment as an added bonus.

Bent over barbell rows for me. I only recently started doing it properly. I could never get it to activate my lats so I hated doing them for the longest time. Took me a long time to get positioning right. Not sure if my high lats make a difference but maybe.

Do yoga poses count?

I'm loving dips lately. Got up to 15 reps for for my first set at a body weight of 85kg. By my 7th set I can do 8 reps. Any recommendations if now is the time to start weighted dips, or should I wait until I can do more at body weight?

Other new favorite of mine are seated flexion rows, much to the concern of other people in the gym

Tricep push down using a cable and flat bar. I bought my own bar off Amazon since I hate sorting through the bars at LA Fitness lol. Grew my triceps like crazy, and also feel like it has developed my upper back, traps, shoulders too.
