Hi guys, finally got approved so now I can share my first anavar cycle experience with you.

Goal - drop bodyfat without sacrificing strength gains.
Plan - 5 days taper up, 6 weeks at 10mg, 5 days taper down. Then an 8 week break before repeating. Still deciding whether to keep my cut to when I'm on cycle and aim to maintain in between, or do my cut in one stretch, and finish my second cycle in a reverse diet.
Tapered up 3.3mg - 6.6mg - 10mg over the course of 5 days in week 1 (my splitter for some reason always chopped them in 3rds so I just went with that)
Sides - week 1 I had headaches when training the first few days, but they disappeared by the time I got up to 10mg. Now I'm getting horny as hell around 30min after taking, but I don't know if thats because I'm subconsciously thinking about it making me horny, or because I usually have an increased sex drive before my period anyway and thats due soon.
Macros - High days x3 2100kcal 180P/180C/73F Low days x4 1800kcal 180P/100C/75F
Training - 3 days on, 1 day off. Avg 2hrs strength for oly/power lifting followed by higher rep accessory work.
Currently in my first week at 10mg ED (morning and 10hrs later). I noticed my recovery time between lifts in training is improved, and I don't flag at the end so I can give 100% for a full 2 hours if needed. However I made adjustments to my macros the same time I upped to 10mg and my low carb days I'm noticeably less enthused to train. I'd usually expect that without the var so I don't know why I was surprised to notice it with.
Weights fluctuating but trending down. I have a few mega high cheat days coming up with Christmas so I'm just going to train hard and not worry if progress is slow. I'm not cutting towards anything so I have plenty of time.
