First anavar cycle female

Deadlifts:
295lbs 2x3 at the top of the pyramid this morning.

Not adding weight this week to my compound liftd- just taking off a few lbs and working on 3-5 reps. Hopefully I won't be a hungry, cranky bitch and can stick to my calorie budget.

For bigger gals like me, I just have to be very diligent on my diet while on gear so I don't get huge. Scouring other forums, I've noticed the ladies really trying to drive the point home to newbies how var isn't a ticket to a bikini body and it will make a lady thicker before any fat loss is seen, as it is...well, steroids!

It's a juggling act at the moment to make sure everything I eat is valuable, nutritious, enough to fuel but not too much. My diet is always great,I just have trouble with portions and amount. Dropping the EC stack as well so my sleep gets better. I want better ephedrine anyway than primatine. I have 6 more weeks of this and loving the performance results too much to sabotage with unecessary stuff.
 
Jesus you're strong. And you're right on with the var. in fact my diet has stayed the same and I swear I'm fuller. It's strange because I'm both fuller and have more definition. It is truly bizarre. But there's nothing like lifting a shit-ton of weight to make your day. Congrats on the 295#!

Btw how much longer do you have on your cycle? Next week will be 6 weeks for me and then I'm out of the country for 10 days. May 1 I'm thinking of a primo cycle. You?
 
Jesus you're strong. And you're right on with the var. in fact my diet has stayed the same and I swear I'm fuller. It's strange because I'm both fuller and have more definition. It is truly bizarre. But there's nothing like lifting a shit-ton of weight to make your day. Congrats on the 295#!

I'm doing 12 weeks, hopefully. Going to go to week 8, evaluate, then 10...then 12 if all is well. I will taper down from 20 though. This is my 3rd day at 20mg. It makes me a bit nervous to be that high, as I want length in the cycle, but I'm thinking 2 weeks at 20 then start tapering down. 15mg for 2 weeks, then 10, then 5. I started that way - 5, 10, 15, now 20mg.

I will do more var cycles, but I'm too scared to pin. I won't do anything more advanced as I'm not competing, nor am I lean enough at 24%bf. I'm too scared to get bunk gear, to buy it ... the whole process really freaks me out. Lol. I don't drink or ever have done anything more than smoke a bit of weed, which is legal here with a doc's rec. Just was interested in a bit of performance enhancement as I got really stuck for a year. :)

Primo is awesome from what I hear tho. I'm jelly.

20mg is good for women. If you are ok there then you can stay there. No need to taper back down...you tapered up to see how you respond and now you know... unless you have undesirable sides then lower.

As for pinning...it really isn't that bad. It doesn't hurt and once you get the "your doctor gives you needles or give blood" horrible feelings out and think positive, it's like a mind game. You will actually look forward to your shots. Lol

Ahhhh...I really wanted to run 20 this whole time but was scared. Since you say it's ok, I think I may just go for it. I trust your judgement. Should I shorten the cycle if running a higher amount?

Well this being your first time, you needed to find out how you respond to it... your next cycle you can start with 20mg since you know what to expect.

I always run 20mg... unless I am stacking it with multiple compounds then I lower to 10mg and then 20mg... but as long as you are ok with the sides you have and none are the icky undesirable ones them you'll be fine.

And you can easily run it 12 weeks

I've noticed my appetite has been suppressed a bit since starting my cycle yesterday. Could be a good thing for when I plan on being in a deficit but bad when I have to force myself to eat on a bulk, ha. Are you eating at maintenance? Need to check your log again. So many to keep track of!
 
I couldn't eat for the first week of the cycle....but that was shortlived! I've been hitting PRs right and left and building muscle while enjoying endurance for cardio. My appetite shot up the following week and it's been almost torturous to control for the past 5 weeks.

Haha that's right... Primo... IS AMAZING!
I'll be patiently waiting on the primo logs by the gals at meso, then. Maybe I'll get leaner by then and be tempted to have a go. :)
