First anavar cycle female

Thought I would share a yummy food tip since I'm very early for my train and almost finished with my book (The Girl on the Train - very entertaining).

If you like zucchini or squashes, I shred them and add them to protein pancake recipes, my oatmeal, or egg/whites with a dash of baking powder and parsley. They add volume and moisture with a dash of sweetness to a lot of my dishes.

I stuff zucchinis with ground meat of choice and always have the insides left over, so I found adding them to both sweet and savory dishes is really tasty and filling for very little caloric value.
i got one of those veggie pasta makers and zukes make great angel hair...you just spin it into your pasta base, add some lean ground turkey and crushed red pepper to season.
tits ;)

I love veggies so much and squashes of all kinds are my favorite.

The two material things I want most in life are my very own veggie garden aND my very own home gym. That would be the life.

well you can get veg seed for like $.20-2.50/pk
...and lots of guys here have home gyms so Im sure you can get some advice on how to do that. @Oregongearhead 's is my favorite by far...its like muscle beach but in the mtns. All outdoor rugged workout facility in the heart of the mountains. MUSCLE MOUNTAIN!!!

If you end up doing a garden make sure to post up in the food production/harvesting thread please!

Ah, I live in a condo with no place for either. One day...I live in one of the most expensive areas of the country. Single income won't get me a home here. Hell, two incomes don't get you a home here LOL

i was talking to Eman about hanging baskets earlier...they are a space saving solution and have high yields. If you have a window with a few hrs sunlight (preferably morning light) you could prob pull something off, you could def swing a window box for herbs. Ive got a rosemary that the damn thing is probably gonna grow bark soon
I pruned it like a lil charlie brown Xmas tree

edit:
(cant believe I just admitted that...so much for my rugged image. fuck pct :()

Hanging baskets are next best thing while you're living the condo life. I've considered trying hydroponic tomato plants just to play around with during the winter. Some people really get into the hydro thing, seems fun to me so maybe next winter I'll try it out. I like growing herbs on my window sill too.

I lived in apartments for years so I know the feeling of wanting a garden and a yard!

Squat report:

225 going down super easy for 5 reps. Did 2x5 at thr top of the pyramid then decided to throw on 10lbs. Went quarter of the way down...eh. not great. Tried again and it was very good morning-esque out of the hole.

Finished up squats and single leg static squats and then went over to the standing squat machine and hurt my knee!! With one plate. Grrrr. Never can get the press machines right. Super angry.

What are you weighin in at these days? I think you're officially stronger than 60% of the dudes on this board

Started my 6th week and I've decided to up to 20mg as of yesterday.

Put up 80lbs on standing OHP for 3x8. That used to be my 1rm LOL. Even before my shoulder injury. Upper body lifts aren't as great, so the PRs are more exciting. There have been times where I laugh out loud to myself after a set where the weight goes up easily...I must look so crazy at the gym sometimes.

The increased dose made cardio really hard these past two days tho. I'm putting in a 7.5 min mile fasted, after 1.5 hrs of lifting like nothing but my legs cramp up soooooo bad. So I'm running, walking, running, incline...just painfully sweating it out. I get disappointed that my heart rate is barely up but my legs kill me.

CNS does not recover as fast as the body and I had a hell of a week PRing and on a deficit. Super tired, cranky, clumsy, hungry. I had 4 straight days where I had to eat and I took my caloric average from 1680 to 2080. I was miserable and I have no willpower. Back on track this weekend on a deficit.

Woah I'm so jelly. I wish I could take up my dose that high. I would definately get a beard.
So cool to see how the same compounds affects us women differently.
Way to go girl, to put up so much weight and eat so little...
It's good to re feed your body. It needs it. I'm assuming you are trying to lose weight. Are you keeping track of your BF? Your body has to be a calorie burning machine w the amount of work you do!

Nothing wrong with a beard, as long as you keep it neat.

I have like 50lbs and 5 inches or so on you, girly. 20mg is probably what 10 or 15 is to you.
