Don't think about it, just do it. I'm afraid of heights. Best thrill everI want to go too. I'd be SO scared tho. Not gonna lie.
Where did you sky dive?View attachment 38371 My first time skydiving the instructor came in the plane limping and his knee wrapped up. As he was fastening our belts together he was telling the guy next to him "oh man I just landed so badly and messed up my knee". I was super nervous, had just smoked a joint (prob not the best idea) and kept thinking why did they give me a broken instructor, how are we gonna land?!!
We ended up landing on our butts. It was such a beautiful day.
I highly recommend doing it, at least once!! If you're a junkie like me, you're gonna wanna do it over and over again.
Did you pass it to the left at least?View attachment 38371 I was super nervous, had just smoked a joint (prob not the best idea) and kept thinking why did they give me a broken instructor, how are we gonna land?!!

Pretty fuct bogartin' the stash from the dude with the broken wing...the man's in pain. have you no heart???
Arsenal are my 3rd love in life. I cardio for 2 hrs and watch them play early weekend mornings. Used to live in North London and attend games. Here in the States, the MLS is disappointing but Galaxy have my interest due to all the players coming in.
Soccer players are just so all around fit and athletic. I wish my parents put me in soccer at a young age.
Blue dream is the best strain for stuff like this. Just picked up a vape pen with really good blue dream oil and took it on my Zion trip. Super awesome head space!I was actually in the company of non smokers so I went on a little walk to smoke it all by myself. I was high as a kite. Prob reeked of blue dream and made the guy jelly... I thought it fit the occasion well. Bluest skies everywhere you looked.
Lol fucking AWESOME. hell yeahhhhhFinally another soccer fan in here! Arsenal... Well they've blown it again this season. Time for Wenget to spend some of those millions they're sitting on.
By the way you can check my login for my favorite. Underachievers as well. Aguero, Silva, Toure, Kompany, De Bruyne, Sterling wtf?!
Almost forgot this was a log!
That's awesome!! I personally find bench to be the toughest lift. It gets in my head too...so whenever I see other ladies succeeding at bench I swoon. She's lucky she's got you to helpStrong bench. I'm trying to get my fiancee to 135 before the year is over, she hit 107.5x3 the other day.
And yeah, dieting just plain sucks. I feel awful whenever I do.

Sky diving is bad ass! By far the best and only roller-coaster I like. Meso sky diving group meet!
Day...I dunno. I know I'm into my 5th week and...dun dun dun
BENCH BACK UP TO 135!!
Good gawd...was jogging my husky about a year ago when I zoned out and she suddenly stopped to smell some other dog's poop, and she yanked my arm back messing up my shoulder. Bench took a nose dive and every time I took time off and got back into it, I would fail the lift. During cycle, I've been taking it slow and steady, benching only one push session and landmine pressing the other push sesh.
Woke up at 3 am, carbed up for the first time in 10 days and went for my 430 am workout and killed that bitch of a lift.
I pyramid'd up to it and it was smooth as silk. Hopefully I can get some more reps in at 135 next week.
Sitting at 1700 cals, 175g protein, 100g, 65g fat. It's a bearable deficit and I'm leaning out quite nicely. Hopefully I can keep that for the rest of my cycle, as the first 3 weeks were a bit all over the place with carb intake. It was up to 220g at one point which felt awesome, but being higher BF, I felt really pudgy right away with the var filling me out. The thing about var is that diet changes show up super quickly. 10 days at a deficit and I've made a dramatic change. I hope that motivates me to stay the course. 1700 is good without being miserable. I find myself struggling for energy and more irritable by end of day, but that's dieting, right?
Cardio still going strong at 7 days a week 30-40 min.
