First anavar cycle female

Legs not getting any slimmer despite lots of cardio and diet. These are my problem areas. Everyone says I should stop doing squats but I love them so much...I'm definitely one of those women who do get big, bulky legs with heavy squats. nothing wrong with those legs...you look great. strong work

Yep, you look great. Wanna tone up? Get a tan you you will look toner I promise. Not saying you need to tone up at all. Just saying a tan adds a lot.

If any of you are doing BB, some physique input with accessory exercise advice would be great. Powerlifting builds bulk and I've got that down, but sculpting is an issue for me. Triceps are lacking despite isolation. Legs are a bit blocky. Any advice would be welcome and appreciated!

trukker or newera would be the guys I would go to for leg advice...I've got the blocky legs too but Im cool with that. I think individuals that want to build more quad sweep do a lot of pidgeon toed isolation exercises. Idk though sometimes I like to pretend like I know what im talkin about :oops:
 
Personally I love your quads. I'm in love with big, muscular legs a la Marisa Inda :) you look awesome. Nice lines on your abs too. Obliques are my favorite.

Yes! She is such an inspiration. One time after I shared one of her routines on my fb wall she commented thank you and felt like a teenage boy in the AV club I was so nerdy responding. Lol.
 
She's actually located near me, and Jaggernaut Powerlifting was holding a FREE squat seminar at their gym very close to my house. I signed up and was so excited to meet her and the Jaggernaut team, but I had to back out last minute. :(
 
My favorite self programmed circuit:

Tbar row (the one with the barbell in the floor attachment - not any of the pre-set machines).

I set up: 5 25 lb plates, neutral grip attachment, 50 lb dumbells, 5 lb plates, speed rope

Then I start loading the bar with a plate and crank out 20 reps, then renegade rows with the dumbells, then 30 sec mountain climbers, then reverse fly with the 5 lb plate, then 30 sec speed rope.

Rest, load another plate and go again.

I do this 4 times until the bar is loaded with the last plate. On the 5th plate, I do a rep or two then drop set, removing a plate until I get down to just the bar. Then I rerack the plates: pick up two, bent over row with them 12 times, run to the furthest rack, come back for another two, row, rerack.

I'm pumped, sweaty, and ready to work pull downs and the rest of my back with lighter, high rep work.
 
I have 37 pills left.

If running 20mg rest of cycle, I will have enough to complete 9 weeks. Do I cut the dose and run it longer as planned or just go at 20 mg right up until the end? Does it matter? Is it all ultimately the same no matter what the dose as long as I'm finishing the pack?

You could do 20 mgs till the end bc we don't really need to taper down. It's really up to you.
You could drop and milk it for a few more days, or just maintain the 20 mgs and make it a shorter cycle.

I'm confused now because I followed a link that someone her on Meso posted and it's an article that said females are better off tapering down. Been trying to find it but no luck so far. Will post if I come across it again.
