First anavar cycle female

I'm confused now because I followed a link that someone her on Meso posted and it's an article that said females are better off tapering down. Been trying to find it but no luck so far. Will post if I come across it again.
I've seen this for more advanced cycles and with women who had more sides/less tolerance for the stuff, or a bad experience cutting it cold turkey on a previous cycle (depression being the key symptom of withdrawal).
 
Training notes:

Deadlift day and 225 is my new 10 rep max. 205 for 15, 185 feels featherweight. 275 for 5, 295 for 2. 310 for a single still.

Pyramids are my favorite way of determining progress.

Deadlifts are accompanied by glute and hamstring accesories. Uphill sprints post dls just to be a fucking beastly beast.

You can also see Jennifer Thompson has proceeded to dominate two weight classes over the last few years, her numbers are the upper side of elite though being a National and International level competitor and World Record holder. Here's a cool article on her...

Thompson is a freak...like straight up stronger than most men.

Point being though if you look at at the 165lb class records for NC, which I believe to be a fairly competitive state, those don't look out of reach for HC...if she decided she wanted to go for I believe it could be in reach. Especially with a coach.

oops i just realized I posted the wrong link, here's the current records but they arent much different other than they adjusted the weight classes slightly...it would be 158lb

Well 400lb deadlift is my eventual goal! I'd love to get to a 275 squat too. I'll be 32 in 4 months so I still have plenty of good years in me to train.

check the records in your state...it may or may not be your goal but it should be pretty fuckin awesome to know your breaking through into "rare air". Especially just starting your enhanced journey...

Disclaimer: long post, girly health topics, lots of feels. Guys don't need to waste time lol.

I'm feeling icky today. Not sure if the var or just a bit hormonal. I stopped getting my period about a year and a half ago, but I feel like PMS used to feel. Cried about stupid shit. Body hurts a lot - DOMS from yesterday's workout especially bad. Shoulders hurt bad, lower back stiff and sore.

Sleepy. Hungry. Not hungry. Nauseous. Can't stomach the idea of liquids when normally I can't get enough.

Work stress is being tolerated badly (no power and unexpected construction when I came into the office pissed me off). No stims today so I can stay calm.

Big bloated belly. Gassy. Poopy. (This may be due to the huge bag of spinach I've been trying to finish off on my own before it goes bad- spinach in all the things).

None of these things are characteristic of my normal peppy self, and I can usually crank out a high physical workload before burning out. I feel burned out two days in this week.

A nice hug feels like it could help :( Maybe a trip to the dry sauna later will alleviate some of the icky-ness. :( I may just do half my var dose today and take unplanned rest.

Try having a full rest day or 2 to recover and see of that helps. Always listen to your body

Sounds like you are over worked... you need rest... bubble bath and relax... your body needs it badly. As you know, rest is super important.

I would continue taking your typical dose even though you are resting.... keeps your levels stable

Try some greek yogurt with pumpkin pure and cinnamon, add some sweetner (Stevia) to make it into a desert... it will help with digestion and bloat... plus super yum!
 
GG...this is so creepy because this was my breakfast this morning. Like, each ingredient. I'm so freaked out right now LOL

HAHAHAHA and I read that and got goose pimples! OH MY.... that is creepy! BUT it is a yummy treat! I guess it's a go to for many of us. :) I absolutely love it and so do my dogs... it's like a desert medicine for upset bellies and actually great snack full of protein... hehehe
