swolematesMaybe you'll get a handsome training partner.
He's cute, but a bit too tatted up for my liking.
Prompted me to put up an online dating profile though, to practise a bit. I've been getting asked out on the regular lately...which of course happens when I'm completely out of the game and hyperfocused on my daughter, work and training.
I woke up with the best ab definition I've ever had this morning...I'm so sad my cycle is almost over!
Nice try, buddy. Lol.Uh oh...link?!
Psst...do you still have the British accent lol?
My most recent relationship was with a man united fan...lots of fun timesOh well, I don't think we'd get along too well on match day anyways.
Can people tell when you're on gear at the gym, you think? Are there physical markers of people who are enhanced vs natty?
I got another random comment by another person at the gym about my 'intensity' today.
I feel like that's gym code for 'you're on gear, right??' Guy said I could fight 'rhonda rousey with that intensity'.
Just worries me a bit because I don't want to get any negative attention...I like to be invisible at the gym, which for the most part I am successful with because I keep my head down and put on my RBF.
Ok good to know. I never really thought of it that way before. I hope it isn't obvious at work either. But I guess I don't work out there and attire is conservative. If youre doing right they should suspect aka if no one thinks youre using youre wasting money
Perhaps I'm getting a bit big and manly lol...sorry for the awful posing. I never know where to put my arms.
"big and manly"??Perhaps I'm getting a bit big and manly lol...sorry for the awful posing. I never know where to put my arms.
Less clothing would help me see better.
What Jay said. You ain't doing it right unless your body screams anabolics. Besides do you really want to be that person who cycles and no one has a clue? I rather look like I'm on than all these guys at my gym taking grams a week and are barely bigger than me at bestIf youre doing right they should suspect aka if no one thinks youre using youre wasting money
Work is different because I'm guessing majority of people there don't lift. So they won't know what it takes to get massive gains. Most will just think you know what you're doingOk good to know.
