First proposed DNP cycle help needed.

Hi guys,

Read most of conciliators stickies been lifting on and off for over 6 years mainly power lifting used cycles before of aas and want to give DNP a shot as such I have a few questions.

I will be running this on a keto with a carb up one evening a week as per the carb back-loading protocol

1.) For my first cycle what would be better provided that I can handle the sides and core temp does not raise too highly?

Days 1-5 200mg powder DNP
days 5-10 400mg powder DNP

or

Days 1-21 200mg powdered DNP

2.) Getting enough h20 is important guidelines are about 2 gallons but in terms of electrolytes how much will I need per day?

I can get powdered electrolytes with one serving =

Per 800mg serving:
Chloride: 320mg
Sodium: 210mg
Potassium: 60mg
Calcium: 30mg
Magnesium: 6mg

how many serving should I take a day?

I will be using glycerol/glycerine @ 3tbsp a day as well.

3.) For the days I run 400mg should I just take 200mg every 12 hours?

4.) If the rash occurs do I have to either a.) stop the DNP or b.) Take benadryl? i.e can I just ride it out safely with no anti histamines?

1) For total weight loss option 2 "should" be better. If you want to run it 5 days at 200mg then 2 weeks at 400mg that is also fine as long as you can tolerate the sides. Dont think you are limited to a certain time frame on DNP. Some people took it for a year on a low dose. I've gone over 3 weeks at a time on 500mg. I stop when I get tired of looking flat and sweating all the time. After a while that gets a little old and you just want to take a break from it.

2) I dont know the answer to how much electrolytes you need per day, so i'll pass on answering that question. Stay hydrated, thats the most important thing.

3) Personally I dont think it matters when you take DNP given its long half life. If you want to take it 12 hrs apart then thats fine, but its not necessary. Some people avoid taking it later in the day because they feel it affects their sleep.

4) If a rash occurs I believe the proper protocol is to stop the DNP and take Benadryl. When the rash goes away you can continue taking DNP again.

You also mentioned you will be doing keto on DNP. Personally I think you will be miserable doing that, but to each their own. A 50/30/20 split on DNP is fine. Dont be a carb a phobe :)
I take in around 250g of carbs per day on DNP and it still depletes my glycogen, and I lose weight no problem.
 
Thank's stamkos :) The reason I don't want to be on DNP too long is I am worried my strength will take a hit hence the shorter or long low dose cycles.

Anyone know about the electrolyte question?
