First Test-E Only Cylce

It depends what your goals are but at 6ft1 and that light your going to find it very hard to get any big gains with out tearing your skin to shit
That depends on the individual as far as stretch marks...first cycle i went from 147 to high 180s and didnt have tearing or marks when i came off and dropped back into the low 160s.
But they say I'm thick skinned.....

Throwback how old were you though on your first cycle? What's your height? You gotta agree something isn't adding up with this kid. I'm 6'1" and was 185 at 17. He's 155. And at what age we don't know.

You still didn't tell us your age. Because if your still that young and not growing AAS ain't gonna do it. That's number 1. You asked should I add other compounds or growth hormone. Again it tells me you are young and have no fukin idea what your talking about. Test only for a first cycle. TEST ONLY!! There are about 100 posts like yours and if you researched the site you'd find them. You want to gain a lot of mass but stay lean. Pick one bro. Either bulk or stay cut. If you want a lot of mass your not gonna stay as lean. You ask again how much fat will I gain. This tells me again your worried about your 6 pack and not gaining weight. There is zero doubt in my mind you eat like a bird. My son is a 6'2" sophomore in high school and weighs 170. You never posted your diet. Just your macros that you'll eat when on gear. The only thing you have that is OK is your 10 weeks at 400mg of test e. Would like to see 12 weeks though. And like I said to much damn cardio. 6'1" at 155 is a shrimp. I'm thinking your 18 or 19. I don't know what to tell you. Eat some fukin food and you can easily get to 175 naturally. Why put your body through a cycle for nothing.

I was 27 and had been lifting since I was 18. I was an Air Force Commando for 9 years and lifted like crazy drug free. I cracked my L-4 and L-5 discs on a Military Free Fall Jump and went on gear after my surgery to help the healing process. I've done multiple cycles since then. I'm 39 now.

You're gonna do what you want at the end of the day so I'll just chime in on the cycle. @400mg's a week of test e you may want to run the adex at .5 every 4-5 days if at all. Secondly 2 weeks after last pin to start pct is too soon. The idea is to wait 4 half life's which would put you around 20-25 days after last pin. You could also use clomid at 50/50/50/50 and nolva at 20/20/20/20 since it's a very mild cycle. I would also bump the test to probably 5-600 Mg's a week.

I do think you should go to 12 weeks though. Although I just finished my test e cycle and ran it 11 weeks. But at 800-900 mg per week. 2 gallons of water is a lot. You better keep some salt in your diet or you will have severe muscle cramps. I would also use a potassium supplement. If you want to stay that lean and cut don't jump to 500-600. That is where possible sides may come in. The dose your running is very safe and you could expect 12 pounds for a first cycle. More if you added calories but we know you won't. Best of luck.

Thanks a lot man. However, I will up the calories. I am still not scared to eat lol. Also, yes, this is my first cycle, and bottom line is that I need to gain mass. With my metabolism there is a low chance I won't be lean after cycle if that's the route I go. I completely understand that that is not the safest route to go.

No its not the safest, but at least your not asking to stack it with d-bol Anadrol, and 1,000mg of test. 400 is good for you. Don't go above it. Being that lean and adding some calories will get you good results. Monitor your BP and get blood work mid cycle.
 
I really want to help the kid but I feel like were only getting half of the story.

Freshman year of high school I weighed 90lbs senior year I weighed 140lbs. I wrestled thoughout and cutting weight threw any gains straight out of the window. During the year after that, I worked out with a personal trainer who competed in men's physique 4-5 days a week and had a meal plan from a nutritionist. After that, I was 145ish. I was still sick of being light so I started my own plan. 4000 clean calories including a gallon of whole milk a day. After that I was 158lbs but it was mostly water weight from the milk because I always intentionally weighed at night just to see the numbers going up. I quickly dropped down to 150 after discontinuing the expensive milk. Now last summer I continued training as well as eating. I normally have a solid breakfast consisting of 3-4 eggs,egg whites, fruit, half cup of oatmeal and a protein shake, and I have around a 750-900 calorie meal in between breakfast and lunch. At lunch I eat another 1000+ calorie meal consisting of grilled chicken, noodles and rice some veggies. After that I eat three more meals. This cycle appeals to me because it is a mild, relatively safe cycle that would absolutely aid in achieving my goals. I have everything I need to begin this cycle right now.

Holy shit you eat clean. Wrestling explains a lot. Why didn't you just tell us. Could of saved a lot of time. Post workout shake?? Plus I want you having a whey/casein shake right before bed. Every week throw in one day where you have a crazy large cheat meal. Not cheat day, just a meal.

Yes, I try to eat clean. However, if I'm craving something I will not hesitate lol. Yea so I didn't mention wrestling and high school because I always see kids posting their age and mentioning their past and they get shafted even if it's pretty decent. I apologize for wasting some time. I normally have a post workout shake but I have slacked on the supplements. They are very expensive but so was the gear I suppose lol. The team I was on was very intense. I would lose 3lbs a practice after having a piece of toast and a half a cup of water all day. We had a kid that wrestled 106lbs, he never recovered. Like his body physically cannot take in the healthy amount of nutrients it needs because of cutting weight. Anyways, the supplements I take are whey, mass gainer, glutamine, bcaas, post workout, no pre workout but I am open to suggestions, fish oil, and a multivitamin.
