Yes, I try to eat clean. However, if I'm craving something I will not hesitate lol. Yea so I didn't mention wrestling and high school because I always see kids posting their age and mentioning their past and they get shafted even if it's pretty decent. I apologize for wasting some time. I normally have a post workout shake but I have slacked on the supplements. They are very expensive but so was the gear I suppose lol. The team I was on was very intense. I would lose 3lbs a practice after having a piece of toast and a half a cup of water all day. We had a kid that wrestled 106lbs, he never recovered. Like his body physically cannot take in the healthy amount of nutrients it needs because of cutting weight. Anyways, the supplements I take are whey, mass gainer, glutamine, bcaas, post workout, no pre workout but I am open to suggestions, fish oil, and a multivitamin.
