Here’s some 2 week “progress” pics. My size 2 pants are tight these days so I am slightly concerned but I am trusting the process and staying consistent on my 1800 calorie 50P/30C/20F split. May tweak it a bit and drop 100 calories a day. My lifts are going up at a greater rate than off cycle so something is happening. I honestly think I need to add more cardio. I do feel my butt shaking a lot more when I walk also so it’s definitely growing. 6 more weeks to go!
