Former Pros BBs disclose use of gear video; Ronnie C, Lee Priest, Cormier...

I'm having a hard time believing Ronnie Colman. No juice in the offseason !!

Ronnie Coleman: 2 cycles a year. Of 3 month each.... AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAH!

Sure!!
This was long before Ronnie became Mr. Olympia. His physique made a radical transformation around 1997. He had incredible genetics. I really think steroid use was very limited early in his career. I mean take a look at his very first bodybuilding contest after less than a year of serious training in 1990. This was by many accounts steroid-free. Genetics goes a long way:

When you make enough money to afford to employ people to prepare and cook your meals, it's easy to stop questioning the sanity of it.

I'm talking about just the amount of food that eaten.$100,000 a year on food? Employinh people to make it all cause its too much to do on your own? It is insane. There's nothing normal about it.

It does cost a lot of money to eat clean and healthy. Organic meat is very expensive, 10-12 chicken breasts a day can add up real quick. I have switched to organic meat and my bill has shot up quite a bit.

I think.about switching to organic but the way some companies define the word leaves a lot to be desired and so I dont trust I'm getting that much of a difference at times. Unless its a situation where you have an account of how things are done.

I saw a video where Phil Heath mentioned that a local poultry store/dist sponsored him. He said he was living the black man's dream getting free chicken everyday lol.

I believe he said he would get 20 pounds or so every week.

My bro has been eating organic food for some time. He made me a chicken breast on the grill a while ago and after one bite I couldn't believe the difference in taste and texture. Then a huge salad of organic vegetables. It's unreal how different the taste is between the two. Selective shopping is a must, know your grocer or butcher well.

Skeptical.
If he was a natural in this video that would be incredible

I know what you mean. But I always consider the fact that back in the golden era you had some crazy physiques walking around and those guys didn't have crazy drug protocols.

To take it a step further, I like to look back to the days of strength sport when there was no performance enhancing drugs at all such as the gentleman in my avi or others that accomplished some very impressive feats of strength as well as physiques... They didn't understand training much back then either. Genetics played an enormous part in all of that, not that it still doesn't of course.
