Girl "releases" too easily?!?!

Re: She orgasms too easily?!?!

Not all dental schools do this....actually most don't. Most give a watered down medical education. Maybe 2 or 3 schools do it this way.

To put it into perspective....on the dental boards the national average for my year was a 83 and my class average was a 94 and I scored a 97. We were given 5 days to study....we always score 1 or 2 in the nation on boards.
I assume you all are required to keep equipment for intubation at your practice?

Curious can you answer the others, most are "common knowledge" to anyone in my speciality, except perhaps one, the "germ cell" question?

If you keep resuscitation equipment in your office you COULD be held to the "similarly competent provider"
standard.

Ergo VERY FEW dentists have that form of equipment on site. (PS my oldest brother is a Dentist)

Idster I'm not suggesting even a dentist of your caliber would know the answers.

I'm just curious, mate.

PC
Check out my Meso bio my training has been listed there ever since I joined Meso.

Now put your money where your mouth is and lets find out whose is legitimate vs all BULLSHIT!

Lets play medical jeopardy PC.

First simpleton question define SHOCK?

Second simpleton question what is the test Tropinin used for in medicine?

Third simpleton question what diagnostic medical text best defines your condition, as Narcissistic Personality Disorder?

Five minutes for all three answers which must be limited to NO MORE than FIVE words!

:)
:):)
:):):)

Sure I'll play....

1. Do you want the pathophysiology for hypovolumic, cardiogenic or obstructive? In general insufficient blood flow through the body leading to tissue hypoxia and eventually cell death.

2. Troponin test is used to detect if someone has had a myocardial infarction. The specific type of troponin (since its ubiquitous in muscle as the tropomycin/troponine complex is specific for cardiac muscle.

3. DSM-IV is what I read but I heard on NPR the DSM-V will be released soon.

How'd I do?

Five words or less, that's the hardest part, IMO!

1) altered (decreased) tissue (cellular) perfusion
2) yep Troponin
3) yep, DSM

Great you got em all, how about the other three?

Please give me three dental questions when your done.

I play MJ with many of my former colleagues every week but the questions we ask each other can be quite difficult, intentionally!

:)

If you're not doing any sedation or even light conscious sedation no intubation equipment needed. In general if you are doing sedation you should be prepared to deal with complications of one level sedation greater than your intended level of sedation. Moderate I'd have as a minimum an oral-pharyngeal airway - an LMA isn't bad to have either especially if you don't intubate on a regular basis. For deep sedation (usually IV) yes you'd better be prepared to intubate and have some succinylcholine in case of bronchospasm that's resistant to positive pressure. Dentists who do IV are either oral surgeons or dentists with a buttload more education than dental school and most residencies give although some GPR programs teach IV really well.

Which antibiotic class has the highest frequency of renal dysfunction?

Which drug intoxication classically mimics hepatic encephalopathy?

Which EKG change is most suggestive of a "ventricular mechanism"?

These are "middle range difficulty"

Ah shucks PC.

Have u thought of some questions yet fella?

Better get on Wiki, now!

What's the doubling time for HCG used in ectopic pregnancy?

What ovarian tumor has multiple "germ cells?

What blood test is used to diagnose "molar pregnancies"?

You can consult with Wiki for these PC, lol!

1. No idea

2. Teratoma

3. Normal pregnancy test + ultrasound (just a guess)

1. Aminoglycoside

2. EtOH

3. Altered QRS

1) 48 hours (if the doubling time is MORE than 48 hours, ectopic is a primary concern in addition to a completed abortion)

2) teratoma

3) HCG

your rocking fella!

Re: She orgasms too easily?!?!

Ok...

1. Which type of nerve fibers found in the dentin-pulpal complex and are responsible for "sharp pain".

2. Name two cariogenic bacteria in the human mouth?

3. Name the branches of V3 (3rd division of trigeminal)?

A little bit harder

1) what is the most common cardiac conduction disturbance of Lyme disease?

2) which organ is most commonly involved in Mumps?

3) which drug has the lowest "relapse rate" in Crohn's disease?
