I think youre going too far with the address and shit. This kind of shit brings jail time. You shouldn't play with money you can't afford to lose. If the guy is fucking folk just expose his hand to help anyone else from taking a loss. But don't go all snitch on the situation.

It's not the money that I can't afford to lose..... it's the fact my hormones are crashing..... -.- I even made herc aware of my situatuind and kindly asked if I should get back up test fom elsewhere JUST IN CASE something like this were to happen..... He said absolutely not it was 100% good.. so I didn't, and now I'm in a shitty situation... so yes... it does warrant that kind of shit....

If scammers have nothing to be scared of, then whats stopping them fom changing names and continually opening up bogus ugl's here to keep doing this to get cash for a bit then fuck everyone and take a huge chunk of winnings than repeat? Last time I checked being exposed was not that big of a deal, seeing as most of these fuckers create new accounts and just do it again.... Like I said, I already talked to stretch before posting any of this and he didn't care... If herc made an honest mistake than it wouldn't have dragged out for 4 months of bad gear... he would have done so many different things.... I think even Ben might agree with me here..... -.-

If he came out and even just took the fall and said he fucked up I may even understand, but he didn't... Plus I highly doubt anyone will go to jail... the address is just a friendly reminder that people do have some info from you, and fucking them may not bring consequences, but it could atleast cause him some discomfort knowing that kind of info CAN be posted.... -.-

I just know some cynical bastard will hear that I said it's "fine" and think I was privately encouraging you to do this. Even though, you and I know, this is far from true.
I wouldn't have handled the situation like this if I were you, but that's just me. It feels too much like snitching to me. He got you, if you want to get him back, get on a hacker forum, pay someone to try and find him, and handle your business.
To snitch him out to the law, or put his business out there as you have done, feels a little "bitchy" to me. But when you asked me , I was in a catch22, if advise you against putting his info out on the forum, then it looks like I am trying to protect him, if I say DO put his business out there, then it looks like I am trying to crush him through underhanded means.
This online world is so fucking cynical, there is no end to the questions/accusations against someone's character, it's hard to keep your reputation clean, even if you're not doing anything wrong. Nature of the beast I guess.
The first time I ordered online I got scammed. I spammed every board those cock-suckers advertised on for like a month. I must have made 20new accounts everywhere and switched my vpn daily. I was on a mission, but eventually I let it go. In hindsight I wish I would have let it go sooner, since I doubt that I actually cost them any business, I really only cost myself a bunch of time/energy/stress trying to inflict damage to them was hurting me more than it was them.

Damn... I really never thought of that way.. and no its not the first source. I guess I figured worst case scenario he sees this and it makes him uncomfortable.. I highly doubted the address he uses as his return address a of any value nor put him at risk.. I thought of it as more of a. Don't come back and try to repeat this again. If you guys feel its snitching, than how can I remove the post? I felt if someone truthfully wanted to snitch they would pick up the phone and report his ass. I didn't think I was doing such by posting a potentially useless (or maybe not) address on a forum as snitching. More of just a warning shot telling him hes a fucking ass.

Hmmm, this thread kind of makes me wish i read it before i ordered some pct items from herc... I haven't received them yet, but I'll keep you guys updated. Sorry to hear about all you bros getting screwed, props to stretch for going out of his way to take care of you guys.

You can't remove the post, it's a slippery slope once you decide to post someone's info. I've been beat, recently actually. Just have to suck it up and move on
