as a closing thought to this mess, smiles you're a nice guy, but in the future can you not post about how g2g a source is without blood work? I've a feeling a lot jumped on board after testimonies from you and others repped the hell out of it. Still own fault for buying into hype though.

I agree and that goes for anyone new really. Me included. I thought he was Herc beginning with his first post until a couple days ago haha.

I agree. What else is there to do to someone over the Internet? I mean its not like he was screening his customers. Anyone could have gotten that address.

We didn't so much "help" him, as we sold him a product that we would sell to anyone, at a price-point that we would offer to anyone.

Had we partnered with Hercules, in the sense of allowing him to send BioLogic labelled gear, that would be a different story, as we would be essentially "franchising" out to him.

Hypothetically, if BioLogic ever oursourced from another UGL, is that other UGL suddenly responsible for anything shady we might do? (genuine question)

Does this mean if GE-TM is proven to sending out bunk products as well, knowingly or not, that yourself and DrJim would feel any responsibility to members? I certainly don't think you guys would be responsible, so what's the difference?

Weren't you one of the members I PM'd about the Hercules situation when I first learned of the reports of questionable gear MONTHS ago? I honestly don't remember, did you tell me to make it public?? Or leave it alone?

N0, I didn't get a PM from you about herc. The last few months when I'd get pm's from members asking about herc I'd tell them that if they were going to order they should do so sooner than later as I didn't give them/him more than 6 mos as either LE or being overwhelmed and fucking up would do them in.
I will say I'm going back through the threads and get a timeline straight in my head.
I'm not sure exactly why my initial feeling was that bio fucked up by getting mixed up with herc. I never said you oer bio KNOWINGLY were part of his shady shit. I do think it seems that if you all didn't get involved the fucking bullshit would've ended sooner and less would've been stolen from members.
You and I have had our moments but I respect and enjoy your posts and believe you have members interests in mind. That being said, you're still a rep and responsibility is first to them.
Do you not agree that your presence and actions are as a rep for bio. Now, I;ve been asked if you are in fact the owner/operator of bio, I have no idea if you are or not? I think it's safe to say that if you don't own bio that you most certainly have a much longer leash than most other reps anywhere on any board. You run the show. If I was bio I would do the same thing, You'd have the keys and the power to make any decision you felt was appropriate in a situation.
When it comes to Stretch the member and vet and Stretch the rep for a source here the line is, for me, extremely fucking blurry.
Monday morning quarterbacking is easy, I am aware. I can say with confidence that I wouldn't have gotten into a spot that you got bio into by supplying herc with bio gear to sell as his own. I don't understand why you would do this. I without a doubt call that move a complete lapse in judgment. You can try and dress it up anyway you want. Was it greed seeing another sale and wanting every dollar you can snatch,
Did you feel for the guy and want to help him? How did the move to supply herc help bio? Did it put them in a better position somehow?
I'll follow up. I'm about to eat. One more thing. You like to bring up Get M and my taking gear from them. Are you calling me a liar when I say that I was asked by a friend from the board to try some gear from a lab his good friend owned and that the ONLY thing he asked in return were my thoughts and to give him my review? Are you calling me a liar when I say it was a good 45-60 days before GetM showed up here at meso and IF I HAD KNOWN THEY WERE GOING TO BE SOURCING HERE THAT I WOULD NEVER HAVE TAKEN IT?
I was not happy when they showed up here. I didn't like the feeling I had when they did. It felt as if I was tricked fooled into breaking my own personal rules I have put in place for myself. Are you saying I'm full of shit? Are you saying I pushed that place?
