Hey Stretch, these new sources are just like many of the noobs that are here. They have no connects. If someone starts selling blow he had better know if his connect is giving him baking soda or coke.
If he's selling drywall as crack he's gonna have the feigns running up his back side. Sure, it's his connect fucking him, but he's ultimately responsible.
Also, if you go into business you've got to have enough capital to cover each vial sold. Herc doesn't so he's done. He'll show up again with another name and the same shit sources for raws and only the money he brings in for said shit gear.
Smart money says if Bio ran into a big issue that they could replace every fucked up vial.
That's just another example of how it's not as simple as it appears, being a source.

I definitely feel that Hercules is responsible for everyone he sold the gear to. I just don't think he ever intended to sell them the shit gear in the first place. If he was TRYING to be cheap, he would have outsourced from someone else, for less money, he was trying to get the best, most reliable gear he could IMO. And he was paying extra for it.
The only way I'm wrong about this, and I've thought about it, is if he was much smarter than I give him credit for. If he is, he could have planned this far ahead, he could have diluted the biologic gear, and only purchased from biologic because he KNEW he was going to fuck everyone, and he wanted to be able to deny that he was a piece of shit, by claiming he attempted to outsource from a reliable vendor like Biologic.
Those are the only 2 options I see.
In either case, the end result is, Hercules owes the members here a lot of money.
From reports, it seems he is still sending out gear to people he accepted money from? Someone said they are getting a few vials through Hercules, which are supposedly Biologic vials, so we will see when the pics get posted what the deal is on those.
If those who are saying Hercules is a piece of shit are correct, then why is he still sending out vials which he got from Biologic under the Hercules name? Why not keep those vials, and sell them locally? Or keep them for his next online UGL venture? What could he possibly gain from sending out any more vials under the Hercules name if he plans on reappearing under a new name?
These are questions that aren't answered yet, and I'm not going to call the man a total failure, and a thief, until it's proven.
NOW...I wouldn't be sending him any money either, so let's get that straight, but I'm not ready to say he knew what he was doing the whole time. I seen a few reports early on that never got published, but until recently, everyone seemed happy with his gear, so how do we know that he ever knew about the bad powder/under dosing until just recently?
Everyone wants to talk about how horrible it is that a scam happened on Meso. This "scam" wasn't shit compared to what happens on other boards. On other boards, paid off vets would have been protecting the shit out Hercules allowing him to run for another few months, THAT'S a scam. This wasn't shit.
