Homebrewing Test cyp

Hi guys I am new here

I wanted to brew test cyp for the first time using sunflower oil 1%ba20%bb 250mg

Opinions?is it possible to use sunflower oil as a carrier ?
BA and BB can be ok?

Btw First time homebrewing

It crashed in gso or mct at 22%? I'm not trying t9 offend, but are you sure you're measuring the bb correctly? I noticed when I measured bb or ba in a beaker it was not accurate enough and I'd get inconsistent results so one time 250 would crash the next it wouldn't. I started measuring ba/bb in a syringe and I finally got consistency. At 2/20mct 250mg....never crashed. At 2/22 mct at 300 no crash (yes I tested them).

Also I'm speaking of mct, I've never used gso in brewing

lol using measurements on the beaker.

So I will try to use 1/20 1/25 and as a carrier oil I will try to use gso.
I have used several gears made with gso and had no pip.
I will try and see...

Another question I have to ask.
Do I heat the oil first and then add raws BB and After ba...or standard raw ba bb and After oil?

What's the difference from 1% and 2 % of ba?
Obviously more ba...but I wanted to know if it risks crashing more or less

the difference is more BA. Pharmaceuticals use 0.9%. Most people brew with 1%. 2% is unnecessary but also common.

Why not 10% ba? It's not a solvent so doesn't hold your compounds, and it causes PIP. At 1-2 it won't matter, but at higher amounts it does.

Add to end of your brew so you don't evaporate it from heat.

I'll stick to 1% and i Will add It at last

You do have a magnetic stir with heat plate right? You know how to use one? Maybe you should put saran wrap on top of the beaker too so you don't spill it on accident, be careful heat doesn't melt it though.

Test cyp 1/20/MCT will hold just fine, I have like 20 vials that I've had for over a year, but it does take heat and a lot of stirring to finally dissolve. Just use low heat intermittently and let it stir for hours.

Yes I have a magnetic stir and a heating plate.

I have never used them before but there is always a first time lol

What temperature should I work at?When the raw starts to melt do I stay on that temperature until it mixes completely ?

Unless you have a really expensive hot plate, it probably doesn't have much control over the heat and it'll get really really hot. So just kinda be careful with that, set it on low for a bit and then turn it off.

Oil holds heat for a long time, so it's easy to burn and hard to cool. You'll see the mixture start to dissolve as more heat and mixing occurs, just keep slowly raising it. Test cyp you'll probably have to heat right off the bat a bit though.

Ideally, you use as little heat as possible and rely on mixing. Test E for example I won't use any heat and after an hour it'll be dissolved. Some compounds really need that heat though, like test cyp. Then once it's dissolved, just let it stir for an hour or few, to give it a chance to possibly cool and crash (to let you know you need more heat, or that you're done).

Brewing is very easy, not much too it. The more you do it the more you'll figure out the ways you like to do it, in the end not many people do it so there isn't really too much info out there on it, you just kinda do what you like. Some people are allergic to certain carriers, some people avoid certain oils because of something they might've read, etc etc.

I mean we all say stuff like 20% bb but you could probably use less, but everyone uses 20 even when BB often isn't even necessary. You could probably do a 250mg/ml test cyp with just EO and no BB, who knows. Maybe you don't like BB. Maybe it's not something you care about so it's not worth trying to reinvent the wheel.

It's fun, rewarding, and cheap, and a lot less illegal than back when we were using those same skills to cook pies in the kitchen

Yes Bro thank you very much for the advice.I will try to experiment a little bit starting from 20% bb.
In fact I realized that everyone has their own formula for homebrewing and so I have to try and see which one is best for me.

Anyway as far as filtering the solution.Do you recommend use the 22 or start with the 45 and then switch to the 22?

Wrong, wrong, wrong! If you don’t know, stop giving bro science answers.

So...what's your preference?1 or 2 of ba?
I personally prefer 1% unless I’m doing a higher concentration because 2% helps a touch.
200 mg/ml GSO 1/18
250 mg/ml MCT 2/20
You can use 1% and go higher with BB if you prefer
You’ve gotten lots of great advice in this thread already. Not trying to steer you away from the advice you’ve already gotten, just adding my findings and personal preferences

Because of my wasted vials I would rather just crank up the BB. Might make everything at 1.5% BA and say fuck this lol

Test C will hold fine at 2/20 in MCT
If you use GSO add a touch more BB

Thanks for the tips.
I will do some testing to see
