How can I lower my hemoglobin and hematocrit on trt

I am not asking what he "should" do. It has been more than two months. I am curious what he did, if anything.
I lowered my dose for the past two months to 150mg a week also I started taking 900mg of turmeric which has been studied to lower the production of red blood cells. Limiting my diet soda intake ( I was literally addicted to them) and red meat.
I’ve been on Trt for 5 years originally through a doctor but now treating myself since it’s cheaper to do so. I have multiple sclerosis and I have growths on my pituitary which I believe is the cause of my low testosterone. The two endocrinologist I’ve had said it is a possibility but they could not be 100%. I believe to get Trt I had to get two separate blood draws in a six month period. The first my total testosterone was 65 ng/dl and the second was 135 ng/dl

Im on the 2nd phlebotomy in 16days, 450cc each, and my htc Is still the same (60%)...
I decrease test to 100mg week, drinking 3.5liter Daily, baby aspirin, betablockers (my Bp now Is 120/70) but htc and hb are same as 18days ago...
How old are you?

450 twice should have moved the number at least a little.

100mg a week is a good idea.

Drinking water won't change it unless you were dehydrated.

Aspirin will not change the numbers, either.

beta blockers? Why?

Are your phlebotomies self performed or with a doctor? When my numbers were close to yours I had to do several blood draws. I did them myself once a week until I got under the limit for donation and then had the last one done by donating blood.

I have watched it carefully since and have not needed to go back to a self phlebotomy.

Have you tried a double red donation yet? Did one recently at 52.4 hematocrit. Not sure how much it dropped.

Has anyone signed up for the free testosterone program that Carter blood offers? They will take out blood once a month and discard it free of charge. But looking through the forms online it says you need a prescription from a doctor in the state you're in.... and my doctor is out of my state. I wonder if that would really affect anything? I guess I need to call them.

Im waiting for bw results done 6days ago...
BW from today doesnt have iron, but same identical Htc 60%, hb 20.6 and eritrocit 6.3

I drink at least 1.5liter from 6am to 9am when i had bw...

What symptoms or side effects are you experiencing with HCT at that number?
Deep breathing (gasp?) When talking or doing the stairs (disappeared After first phlebotomy)...any fatigue, only deep breathing...
Bluish/red mouth during sex (like viagra usually do)...
I have no headaches or other particular pains, i sweat a lot (especially in Summer), i have tingling (formicolio in italian) on my right quad when im laying down the bed and on fingers when i use phone...i cant remember how It was before having this issues, but breathing was Better and "softly"...High Blood pressure, High creatinine and c reactive protein...
I might test for sleep apnea, since i was addicted to nafazolina ( have not used it for 4 days, maybe it interferes with blood pressure and does not make me oxygenate during sleep, because often at night when the effect ends I wake up with a stuffy nose)
