Check out the underground. You'll find a good domestic there. Meso has finished oils, AI and pct, raws are now available domestically I believe. Just have to do a little digging in the UG section
Thanx

I'm close to $200 Can. per week on food and that's pretty much just chicken, steak, rice, potatoes, veggies, protein powder, vitamins and milk. Gear, well shit that's anywhere from $200-$1000 month depending on what I'm running.

8 to 10 deer a year split between 2 deep freezes :D helps alot. Also raise chickens and a few goats occasionally they don't last long before they find the grill:p.

Shit, I don't even want to add it up!!! Just for food alone for myself and 3 others in my family at least 2k/month. 1200$ for just myself easy. Pretty soon it'll be a lot more when I get my script for igf-1

Food: More or less 600$ per month (70% is spent on meat, rest is rice, potatoes and other things that will fill my stomach)
Supplements: I buy my protein tubs at Costco or at my trainers shop. So I'd say around 500$ for the year.
Gym: 20$ / month
MMA Gym: 70$ / month
Gear: To be determined, I've only done a cycle until now. Will wait until I do my next one to actually figure this out. Should be around 600 or 700.

Man I feel bad for you guys that just eat food for fuel. My wife and I are serious Foodies and it's half the fun of bodybuilding, coming up with creative ways to fit your Macros with delicious food. T-bone steaks and ribs are easy to fit in, bone marrow pate not so much. Haha
Haha bone marrow pate sounds amazing! I'm going to my favorite restaurant tonight and getting a massive stack of bones roasted to perfection, all to myself. This was our afternoon snack to hold us over till then, Young Mohan, St. Stevens Four Fat Fouls, and a nice sale blue cheese, but that Fat fouls was 20 bucks alone. We usually spend 40-50 buck on cheese a week during the summer, holidays 100+.
But me and my girl both lift and other physical hobbies so each week we go though $250+ at Wholefoods each week.

40 ea. a month for gym
70 ea. month for the rock climbing gym
150 every 3 months on vitamins
50 ever 3 months on BCAA

$30 gas money to get there and back..

So roughly $700 a month

Good man , Im a exotic cheese lover too . The stronger the better ! :)

Food - $100 weekly
3400-3500 calories daily
Supplements - $160 monthly
Gym Membership - $40 monthly

Im loving hearing what y'all meal prep btw, I've needed some ideas

Hmm...

Gym- around $25 / month

Food- grocery bill is about $200/ week, not counting a few meals out every week.

Supplements - maybe $100 / month? I only use protein blends, pwo, fishoil. None used that regularly. The omegas I should be better about.

Gear - maybe $150 / month when I'm using. I thought I had some decent cycles under my belt. But compared to the AVERAGE user here, I don't use shit. Two injectables, maybe an oral, all totalling under 1200mgs a week.

hey guys.
How much do you guys spend on bodydlbuilding (fitness) a week or month base. Groceries, gym membership and ofc drugs and supplements if you take any?

$200-250 on food (weekly)
$200 monthly ( supplements)
$800 for a 12 week cycle, With pct.
$60 a month on gym membership.

This is Australia prices keep that in mind.
It's hard doing this and having a part time job lol

Excellent question and for a competitive BB thats a very CONSERVATIVE estimate, esp the food costs.

But the FACT is, after it's all said and done, few have much of anything to show for what are elective expenditures!

2200, a year. Just for steroids.......I dint may fir food. if I so 100 dollars a weekend, And nothing for the week. Live with mom
