how to make transdermal testosterone?

It's now been a full night of it sitting in DMSO at 200mg/ml. Still undissolved bits and still lots of powder left when applying on skin.
I'm going to add some benzyl alcohol to improve solubility at the risk of fucking my health. I really think BA is what causes "test flu", I seem to get it everytime I mix BA and DMSO.

I forgot to mention this is done with pre-micronized raw powder. Bought it that way

Didn't process it at all.
It's micronized base powder from PPL.
Just poured it in 99.9% pharm grade DMSO.

When I add 2ml of benzyl alcohol for every gram of raw powder, it mixes prefectly though.
Benzyl alcohol is the strongest solvent there is for testosterone, by far.
@Goingstronger Has your testosterone acetate arrived yet? Did it dissolve in DMSO?

Still not...no PPL order I made ever took so long to arrive.
A member on another forum told me he managed to have it hold at 80mg/ml in pure DMSO, past that point it started to crash.

That's weird. I put 4 grams in a glass jar, added the 10ml DMSO, shook it up and it was completely dissolved by morning.

At this point my solution at 200mg/ml is completely dissolved, but there are definitely some residues not absorbing on my skin.

I did my transdermal, 100mg/ml in dmso using 10 drops a day, draw blood one week later 914 total testosterone

Usually like 30 or so drops equals one ml. So at 10 drops maybe approximately 30mg/day is what your applying. How much of that is absorbing, hard to say.
Questions for you:
1) is it testosterone no ester?
2) are you applying all 10 drops at once or are you spreading it out over the day and if so, how so?
Ive used homebrew transdermal test base before and once shutdown of the HPTA kicked in i was needing to administer it several times a day to avoid feeling like crap.

testosterone base! 10 drops at once, in the morning!! I've seen coaches and doctors saying that androgel doesn't turn off the axis!

Once daily dosing may very well preserve hpta function. When you got bloods did you get LH and FSH checked? If so what were the results?
Also when you drew bloods, how long was it since your last application of the transdermal?

I just took the testosterone test! I applied the transdermica around 07:00 am, 10:30 am I went to the lab!. what will be the maximum peak of a testosterone gel? six hours?

Which isn't really relevant. You want to know your levels at trough, that's what counts.
You want to make sure you are above a certain threshold the whole day, otherwise you have no clue how low your levels are most of the day.
Testing like you did is good to know it works and your test powder is real. But if you apply once a day, you need to test 24 hours later to know how low you go.
If applying twice a day, you test 12h after application, that's your trough.
Test base doesn't cause much shutdown even with 100mg applied twice a day, which is a massive amount, so no need to compensate over time with high doses.
I have been on 200mg test base in DMSO for over 2 years and it still works just as well as day 1 and I don't have a single bit of shutdown.

Not doubting you but at that dose you wouldn't think it's possible to have no shutdown, all though there are always exceptions to the rule.
So LH and FSH are normal and no testicular shrinkage?
Where do you apply DMSO?
Do you get a noticeable odour from the DMSO?
