Hybrid Athlete HRT Log

6oz of lean ground beef with the grease drained is roughly 46g protein paired with 1 cup of white rice is a good start. I don’t have a specific water measurement but you’ll get the hang of it. I’d you don’t use enough water it just won’t blend right. Think of it as like chugging a beer if you hate alcohol. At first it sucks, but if you can get past the gag reflex it gets better. It took me a month to get it down, but it’s easier and faster to digest, and I bloat a lot less from it.

Especially in the morning it’s hard to eat 6-8 ounces of ground beef and 1-2 cups of rice, I just can’t eat like that early. But I can put a meat shake down real quick.

I blend ground beef and rice regularly. I do eat sweet potatoes and top sirloin. Hard for me to eat enough food when I don’t blend it, but if you think it will help with progress I could eat more solid foods.
Doesn't really matter how you get I it down. You just need to get those macros and calories down.
Throw some veggies into it every now and again also.

I should branch out more, I’ll throw some spinach in with blueberries. That’s about it, I’ll have to try to add more greens, maybe even cooked carrots. Always appreciate your input

Fiber is generally good to have in the mix. Varied vegetables will help round out your nutrient intake as well.

Ah another hybrid…..

I’m coached by some UK guys. Trying to pull 600lbs and run a marathon in the same day.

5-10” 209 lbs is not very efficient on these god damn long runs. (Haven’t been doing this long, 6 weeks or so) 10k ish is my long training runs right now.

Looking forward seeing your progress.

We’re close in weight, I understand what you’re saying completely. That’s very impressive to be running a 10k in 6 weeks, it tells me your in good shape andd… that you know how to push yourself. I like this.

I’m going to sound like a child here, but I honestly hate vegetables. How do you eat yours, what do you prefer? Do you eat them plain?
Salads, stir fry, soups, baked, grilled, you name it. If you learn how to prep them right they're good. Olive oil, salt, pepper and an oven or a grill can turn a lot of different vegetables into good eating. If you cook them into your meals, they can add great flavor. I'm a big fan of straight up salad. If the vegetables are of high quality then it's delicious.

I gotta work on cadence. Mine is around 140. Allegedly 160-180 is better.

You’re about 6’2 220 correct? Some days I wish I had longer legs lol.

How do you implement gw50516 into your training? Run days only? ED?

Have you messed around with inject sr9009?

Typically run GW during my health phase/ cruise to raise hdl and improve heart health in general. 20mgs a day 3-4 months out of the year. Injectable sr-9009 when I can afford it. It’s 50$ for 10 days, but it’s a phenomenal compound. Stacks insanely well with gw, and will work wonders on bloodwork. 6’2 225. But for cadence typically a higher number equates to faster times.

Might have to lift only today. Running with numb legs yesterday fucked with my form, and my left knee is pretty tender.

I’ll ice it for an hour, sauna, and hit back today.

Got off work for the first time in a long time, good news.

Lift only days are more fun at least for someone that is not a runner like you. I don't have many of those days anymore. Been ramping up my cardio lately.

Hope you get healed up soon.

Got my run out of the way, pretty bad times. Once in a while I’ll take 40mg of anavar preworkout but it’s so nice out I wanted to run first, that paired with 20mgs of cialis I really fucked up. Excruciating pumps for the entirety of the run, it was so bad both of my legs went completely numb, but I just pushed through.
I don’t blend the sweet potatoes I’ve tried it just doesn’t work. Just rice and ground beef add water no seasoning. It’s not good, nothing about it is pleasing. It’s actually quite disgusting at first. It took a solid month to get used too. A close friend of mine and competitor swears by this, and I’m stubborn. I tried it and it stuck, it’s not for everyone.

It’s just so much easier for me to eat exact portions every time quickly.
For some reason this thread is cracking me up right now. Anavar and cialis before runs, blended meat and rice water. I don't get why you're torturing yourself but it seems to be working. You have a great athletic look.

I took it pre lift, but I’m impulsive and ran instead, and I’m still paying for it as for my eating habits I’m just fucking weird. Thank you tho, I appreciate it.
