IFBB Pro Killionb12 and Ironlion log

Had hamstring and glutes yesterday. This is a day that I’m starting to enjoy more. The first time I have ever used the glute bridge and actually don’t mind it. Doing them before RDLs seems to allow me to connect better with my hamstrings since glutes are pre exhausted. Here’s what went down.

Seated hamstring curls 1st set rest pause 190lbs - 10, 6, 3

Kneeling hamstring curls 80lbs cluster set - 28 reps total

Glutes bridge 3 PPS - 14, 12

RDLs on smith 335lbs 2 sec neg and 1 sec pause at bottom. - 9, 8, 8

Weighted walking lunges 25lbs - 15, 15 steps

Adductors 3 sets to failure 130lbs - 20, 17, 15
 
Chest and side delts yesterday. Strength is going up weekly. Not sure if it’s the increased androgens or the increased food. Either way it’s working. Feeling good in the gym right now.

30 degree Smith incline press 1st set rest pause 365lbs - 9, 3, 3
2nd set 275lbs with 2 sec pause at bottom - 11 reps

Dumbbell Flat bench cluster set 130lbs - 18 reps total

Prime seated chest press 1st set on setting 2 for end range 370lbs - 16 reps
2nd set 370lbs on setting 1 for beginning range - 12 reps

Flat bench dumbbell flys 55lbs 1 set to failure then go straight to pressing until failure - 12 reps and 10 reps

Lying cable laterals with wrist cuffs 35lbs 1 sec pause at top - 15, 13 reps

Atlantis lateral raises 120lbs - 20, 16 reps
 
Leg day from the other day. Quad focused. Strength going up week to week. Coach gave me more food last checkin so putting it to good use.

Prime Leg ext 4 plates on middle peg, 1 plate on top and bottom peg with 25lbs on top as well - rest pause set - 11, 6, 4
2nd set backoff set 4 plates on middle - 16 reps

Lying leg curls 3 plates 2 sec negative - 12, 11

Pendulum squat 4 plates & 25lbs with band for added resistance - 11 reps
Backoff set 3 plates - 20 reps

Leg press cluster set 14 plates - 25 total reps

Bulgarians split squats 2 plates - 11, 10 each leg

Adductors 130lbs rest pause set - 26 total reps
Backoff with 2 drops sets 130lbs - 15, 110lbs - 8, 90lbs - 6
 
I’m using Ironlion gear and posting my results while prepping for Pro Debut. So yes, but will definitely share feedback good or bad about any of the products I use. Here is my recent bloodwork. Using 350mg of Ironlion Test E, 120mg of IL Deca and 3iu daily of IL orange top HGH.
why did you cut off the lab results where you can't see your other liver enzyme test? Those are the things people really want and need to see especially on a steroid harm reduction site.

If you look at the top you can see all out of range markers including liver enzymes. They were higher than normal because I had been on antibiotics and stuff due to sinus infection. Typically they are closer to the normal range than that. I’m typically just slightly elevated when on cycle. I wasn’t fasted when I got blood drawn.

Oops... my bad. I didn't see the top part. Looking good brother. How do you keep your hematocrit so low?

Haha no worries. I take Telmisartan which is an ARB for blood pressure but has other benefits including regulating hematocrit. Here is an image from a good source on telmisartan benefits. I take 80mg daily. I never had high blood pressure but when on cycle I would be pre hypertension so wanted to control that and get the other benefits as well.

That explains a lot. I've been hovering around 50 and 51 hematocrit and I switched telmisartan to losartan at hematocrit shot up to 58.

prime low row 3 plates on top and middle peg 2 sets to failure - 8, 7

Single arm lat pulldowns 145lbs to failure - 12, 10

Seated machine row 115lbs to failure - 10, 9

Rope cable pullovers 165lbs to failure 2 sets - 15, 13

Trap bar deadlifts 1 all out set to failure 5 plates per side - 15 reps (this was grueling)
