Had a great push day yesterday. Strength is still progressing even on cruise levels of Test at 250mg weekly. Here is what went down.
Prime incline press 4 plates on middle peg and 1 plate on bottom - 7 reps
Backoff set 4 plates - 12 reps
Flat DB press 120s cluster set - 22 reps
Prime seated chest press full stack plus 15lbs on end range setting - 12 reps
2nd set on beginning range - 9 reps
Flat bench db flys 2 sec negative 50lbs - 15 reps to failure then pressed them for 8 reps
Lying cable laterals 2 sets 30lbs - 14, 12 reps
Standing cable laterals single arm 25lbs - 10, 9
