Sup gang. I've been a bad bad boy. Only been to the gym a handful of times since my meet in december. I'm about 15 pounds heavier and I feel like a shit haha.

Had a really shifty winter, cold and rainy and snowy and between that and having my old man living with us and helping him get his shit together I kind of just lost track of the goal.

Also, got a promotion at work which is great for my wallet but I am out in the field doing installs now, out on the islands a bunch so makes for very long days with ferry travel and such but I'm kinda getting used to it.

Anyways just got in tonight for a quicky.

5x5 belt less squats 275lb
3x3 belt less deadlines 350
Bullshit accessory work
10 minutes cardio

Suckling wind and weak as sit but I'm back at it so that's good.

Gonna drop 20lbs or so in the next couple months and get back to being strong.

Ju st gonna get a full week in and then jump back on program.

Good that you are back in, you will feel better in a trice.

The BS accessory work isn't BS when it makes you feel like you are doing something. Motivation exercises are still accomplishing psyche benefits.

Yeah I suppose the shit happens, definitely feels good to be back.

You're right, the accessory stuff is important, I was more just saving myself the trouble of typing out that I did a bunch of curls and push downs haha

Well long day on the island yesterday, didn't get back home till 10oclock so gym was out of the question, long fuckin day.

Made up for it today
1.Banded deadline just did a pyramid up 135x10 225x10 315x3 365x3 then belted up and did 405x2 then dropped and did 3x3 315 and 3x3 225lb my gym installed some of those pegs on one of the deadlift platform's for bands while I was gone so that's dope, used a black band on each side, they are like double thickness of the red mini bands, not sure how much resistance

2.paused bench 3x3 185lb

3.incline DB press 3x15 50lb

4.later pulldown 3x12

5.alternating DB curls 3x20

6.tried push down 4x20

So basically just did chest arms and back. Felt good to deal if even though I'm all weak and ship but it was better than expected.
 
Not a bad workout. Not great though.

1.squats 3x3 315lb plus an amrap for 5 reps, probably had 3 more reps in me but I started having to pop really fucking bad lmao
2.block pulls from 3" block worked up to a 10RPE triple at 475lb
3.front squat 3x8 185lb
4.bent over rows 3x15 135lb
5.hamstring curls 3x15

For cardio went and took a couple mile walk on the beach with the little lady, it's a nice day so wanted to do something outside since I haven't been able to enjoy the outdoors all winter.

Definitely very weak, but nobody to blame but myself, what a jackass I feel like i flushed a years worth of training down the drain. Gonna just keep it up and get back to where I was.

Gonna be out on the islands every day this week but hopefully will drag my ass to the gym two days.
 
Got a couple short workouts in last week. They are really pushin my crew hard at work, out on the fuxkin islands almost every day the last 3 weeks. Not getting a whole lot of sleep. Not doing very well lol fuxkin gay.
Fuckin sick now, ultra gay.

Front squats 5x8 135lb
Bench 4x10 135lb
Bi and trip stuff
10 minutes cardio

If I make it in tomorrow this will be my first full week back. I've really been struggling and I feel like I've lost everything I've worked for, I really really fuxked up the last 5 months but I'm hoping that im done and will stay the course from now on.

I've been making a lot of excuses just from being depressed and tired and what ever, and that I didnt have time to get a full 3 hour workout in but I'm really trying to cut that shit.

Just excuses, even if I go in for an hour and a half that's better than nothing.

Fuuuck this blows hahahah
