Howre you doing? I know the first few days were rough.
@ambulldog Hey how big was your umbilical hernia? And how bad was it hurting you?
I have a very small tear above my navel and I'm debating whether or not to do the surgery.

In late here..hope not to hijack but you have UC and can tolerate orals? I have it too and every time I try to run an oral I get a flareup..never fails. I am not on any medication though so if you are maybe that is doing the trick for you.Update: Workout #2, chest
This went HORRIBLY. I feel great. No injuries, but my strength is gone. It was supposed to be light day. I was doing 195 for 10 - 12. I got 6 and was gassed. Had to drop weight on everything.
Seriously had me down. Ive been hospitalized for my UC, not eaten for 2 weeks, and lost 25 lbs and had better bench days. Makes no sense.
Im not in position to test 1RM right now. I guestimated. Went too high oy seems. So I'll be testing weights during workouts to hit the appropriate rep ranges.

No but I might try injectable sd or winny at some point. I must say it does take some time for the flareup to happen usually 3 to 4 weeks but they always happen. I usually drop them at that point and 3 or 4 weeks later I am back to normal. Thanks for the reply.Yea. Never had any issues. But I am on a lot of meds for my UC. Have you taken any injectable orals?
We've turned our logs into book clubs and car discussions and about anything you can think of around here. It's one of the things i like about this place.
@jaymaximus how you liking the Edge? I don't like the home screen, doesn't hold as many apps. The car charger has a cool led light on it, never seen that before.

Yo Jay I started SD a couple days ago. 10mg PWO with Fury. Pretty crazy shoulder pumps, like I couldn't raise my arms over my head. I was walking my dog yesterday and I got all lighted headed starting sweating, fuck it was only like 60-65 degrees outside. Lower back pump from legs this morning was crippling. We'll see how dog walk does later. I hope I don't pass-out, nobody will give a fuck. Lol I was just gonna run em with what little bit of tren I have left, maybe 2 weeks or so.
How's the back from the other day?
