On a side note. How bad did it hurt to shit

I was good. But I take a lot of fiber since I eat a lot. Most doctors will give you some meds to help soften everything, but I didnt use it. The biggest issue is getting on the toilet and off. Im lucky because my sink is close enough to use. My dad had the surgery a few months ago and my mom had to help him up.
 
Felt a tinge in my abdomen during my 6th set of the first exercise I wasnt comfortable with though, so I quit those and moved on. Afterwards everything was pretty much back to normal until I sneezed, so ill ser how I feel in the AM.

Besides that, everything went well. I'll admit Ive been gassed both weeks doing DLs. Like I just ran long distance gassed. The deficit DLs got me. 8 reps is too many for me. I hate going over 5, but Im sure there's a method to the madness, but it's in the book and I would have to buy it and Im cheap.
 
Also Im looking much better already. Up about 5 lbs. Im sure I notice it more than others. Usually I would keep increasing cals because I want to be a big massive gut powerlifting monster, but im going to stick where Im at for the next 2 weeks at least and see what happens. Let the tren and SD do some work.

From talking to people that have had hernia repair. They said you can expect odd twinges as you described for months. Just gotta realize whats a warning as they say.

Nothing new to report. Ive come to the realization Im going to look "strong" before I actually get my strength back. After I got diagnosed I still did chest, legs, and back; but I did not DL, bench or squat. That 2 months is really showing.
The Test, Tren, Deca, SD, and dmz (fuck that seems like a lot) are doing their job filling me out again though. I'm trying to wait to post progress pics so everyone can say "Wow" and they'll give me likes and boost my fragile ego.

Otherwise random life stuff. This is my log, I can put what I want...
I have sleep apnea and my doctor wants me to see an endo since it can lead to test levels dropping. Of course I dont want this. But I'll be leaving here in 2 weeks so im pretty sure I can stall.
Also I have trouble falling asleep and he gave me a new medicine that once I googled turned out to be GHB. Should be interesting.

I'll be moving again soon. The 3rd time in the last 14 months, hopefully the last for a long time.
 
Question: can anyone close hand more than they can bench regular?

I notice the way my training is mapped out the close hand is heavier than the T&G and paused...but maybe there's a reason for that if I were to actually read the cube book.

I can bench significantly more shoulder width than wide grip. I have had three hernias. Keep your core tight on them squats browski!! Good luck.
 
I've read GHB is good for recovery as it makes you go into a deep sleep. Seems like there was something about it boosting growth hormone, too, but I'm not sure.

I've used a lot of sleep drugs and hands down GHB was the best. Nothing will put you in REM sleep like GHB. I've had two different types: 1. was a white waxing substance (it was the best) 2. a liquid that I'm 99% sure was made from commercial cleaning products. :eek: It worked though. The taste was so horrible...worse than drinking a bottle of Robitussin.

No, my close grip tricep dominant bench is way under my regular grip. I dont do wide grip any more
I was able to get 315x8 this morning(close grip). Which isnt bad. But not real good neither

That sounds pretty nice. I never sleep really well myself.
 
I believe the REM sleep is what may release GH in your body. You may only be able to get 30-45mins of REM sleep per 6-8hrs naturally, but with GHB you could get a couple hrs per 6-8. My numbers/time is probably not correct.
Now im interested. Is this stuff OTC? What should i know about it?
