Realistically running 40mg anavar how essential is milk thistle, tudca, nac in your opinions?

Just drink water and you’ll be fine. Many studies showing all those liver supps are snake oil . Tudca is good tho. Not needed on 40mg var

Nac+tudca or oxbile is great addition to anything , it helps keep kidney and liver ducts clean, and keeps ur enymes lower during heavy loads.

Muscle tissue breakdown from heavy workloads, clog up ducts, then you end up with higher enymes all over , and ck values. So keeping those as clean as possible are always important. Even when not on orals. Iv been there and seen this and it's a proven fact.

Milk thistle helps lower hemoglobin/hematocrit by lowering iron/ferrtin as well with turmeric in high dosages,theres studies on this as well, so theres a place for all of this depending on what your trying to do. I use 2400mg of turmeric almost daily , to keep iron in check and keep my hemoglobin/hematocrit in check, and most importantly inflammation

Finally got my drug case in. A lot better quality than I expected. Did you test positive or just sick? A guy I know did 10 of those rapid covid tests in a row and 4 came out positive and the other 6 were negative so I'd say they aren't extremely accurate lol.

Just for storage in the basement. Keeps my vials organized and in the dark.

For the gear I'm currently on I'll just leave them in the medicine cabinet, probably not the best place but oh well.
