I have seen Canada has stricter border patrol and more seizures. But I figured it was worth the risks there because law enforcement is so lenient in Canada. It is pretty surprising how few domestic sources there are in Canada.

I don't find the risk worth it when it comes to bringing raws into Canada. We won't be executed for it but manufacturing drugs is still a serious crime. At the very least we can end up with a criminal record for drugs which can be a big problem depending on what our career is etc. I'll order personal amounts of oil but I don't order pills and raws. I have a lot of faith in our customs agents; I believe they will find it. Customs seems to be the only government department in this country that actually functions the way it's supposed to.

Yeah it's kind of the same here in my experience. I've had 2 packages seized by canada customs within a month and all I got was a letter for each of them. They seized the first one and my dipshit dealer reshipped to the same address, so the second shipment was promptly seized as well. It was just 50 anavar though. One thing about Canada when it comes to drugs, especially these days, is that the cops rarely bother the end-user. They're always interested in the guy who is selling/manufacturing. If they find any evidence that you're manufacturing you can bet they'll investigate further.

anyhoo, to my original point I say lets keep steroid users OUT of jail... guess this is a "stupid" idea.... also very concerning is prov conservative gov selling off provincial lands to china/corporation at unprecedented rates, which unfortunately for our children increases borrowing cost/availability for the province as less to back the ever increasing DEBT even when the stupid folks think a "balanced budget" means they aren't garnering more debt even when have a 'surplus'.... Ontario and sask gov for example have WORST debt to GDP ratio yet selling off lands to keep afloat(making it worse log term as less collateral) , but eventually DEBTS Have to be payed back.. again #1 issue with new school conservatives is they are in fact not fiscally conservative and spend same or worse than liberals lol... NDP is only party that by and large has payed off provincial debt believe or not lol, when it SHOULD be conservatives...

I think the educated argument is that high oil prices can be significantly beneficial to the Canadian economy, as anything that increases revenue from the sands has a tendency to be spread outward through the broader economy. Higher consumer spending, higher recreational/dining spending, more high paying jobs for traditionally poorer class individuals living in poverty in QC, NB, NS, NL, etc..

What @clearheaded misses on this one is that oil is actually trading at low prices. He's confused high refined energy prices with high crude oil prices, which is a fairly uneducated error to make. Higher costs of refined energy are symptoms of market inefficiency and are not illustrative of economic boom at all, but rather reflect a non-competitive domestic market.

lol yes gas prices are slightly out of whack with historic oil prices... but point is still the same, the economy is making money, demand is high, keeping demand high is good for economy... we are in a boom, unemployment is very low.. it has little to do with domestic production of gasoline as we can look abroad and all have similarly higher than normal gasoline prices and out of whack with traditional oil prices... if you don't think the economy is booming in last 2 years im not sure where u have been... record profits across the board...again, you don't want to see 65cent gas, high gasoline prices that are inflated is 1 powers at be are trying to re adjust and make more money than normal but also law of supply and demand.. energy demand is high....just fyi oil companies make good money at 25$barrel oil....
