Pretty damn close except back & shoulder hypertrophy Thursday, chest hypertrophy Saturday.off memory I think Monday was upper body power, Tues lower body power. wed was a rest day, Thurs day chest hypertrophy, Friday leg hyper, sat back hyper (?), Sunday rest.
I've liked it so far. I guess the lack of volume per body part is keeping me from feeling too rough after each workout. I like the frequency tho.
