This community cares about these things in this order

• Our security
• Quality of the product (testing)
• Clear communication

If you could keep your prices competitive with PPL, while offering the option of reshipping for security purposes then you’re already a step ahead. So market the security portion and do not use a website, because we are not comfortable with the security risk that is associated.

Then you just present testing to prove your products are what you say. Obviously you can’t test everything, but at minimum random QA testing is a must.

That’s how you’ll get business. The reshipping is attractive, so market to that. But instead of offering discounts, give us the other things we want. Testing and an AL donation
