Long term low dose Cialis benefits? Depression and mental clarity

I've heard some horror stories from these gerd prescriptions. I'm trying to fix my acid reflux issues via diet and food timing. It really only causes me concern now if I eat too close to my lifting
Yeah the rebound from proton pump inhibitors is brutal and underreported. Better to find an alternative way to deal via eating habits, even something a simple as looser pants can make all the difference. If it gets really bad use the chewable chalk to get through it.

Low dose Cialis is beneficial for bloodflow, reduced CV risks, is a good idea in combination with rhGH. It has some drawbacks, e.g., myalgia (muscle pain) & back aches, congestion & stuffy nose, due to some nonselectivity (e.g., PDE11).

If it affects depression, which it can as a known side effect, it's rather the opposite – it can worsen these symptoms.
What is the benefit of using cialis in combination with HGH?

I’d like to know this as well. I capped a bunch of 10mg but even that gives me pretty bad congestion
Lowering to 5 mg would help too, as 5 mg is solid for bloodflow and boners,

But being its already capped, i see

I'm hearing more talk about the positives on mental clarity from Cialis use. Are any of you guys taking Cialis long term for it's other benefits besides ED? Im 39 and have no ED issues but I've tried microdosing shrooms over the years without much benefit personally. I'm always looking for some kind of biohack to help with depression and mental clarity. I've listened to numerous folks discuss the positive affect Cialis has had in this regard.
Boners typically don't do much for depression. Unless you have a warm, wet place to place your boner.

You can add in some Glutamine, its a great adjunct for gut health .

If you dont struggle with hypertension or other heart issues, you can add in ephedrine an hour or so before the Ciallis plunge.
Ephedrine > pseudoephedrine's original indication is a nasal decongestant.
Science aside, I take 12.5 mgs of eph an hour to 3, before cialis and it works great.
Stuffiness is from the Vasodilation of the vessels in the nose and sinus's , so a vasoconstrictor nullifies this effect. Similarily if the Vasodilation is in the cerebral vessels, then some will suffer migraines. Again a vasoconstrictor like Triptans, 5HTP . SSRI, TCA's and coffee can help.
You may be wondering " wont they cancel each other out or decrease the potency of the Ciallis/erections? " My experience is not at all! The ephedrine makes me horny as hell via norepinephrine and adrenaline synthesis. I'm not saying it canot happen in any way, shape or form, But with a small dose like 12.5 mgs It should be negligible IF present at all. YMMV

Take the Cialis at night before bed. Its a 36-hour drug (unlike Viagara) so you still get the positives when you need them and sleep through the congestion. Also, try 2.5mg first - I found its plenty for me.
