Macro Development - Tailored Training and Nutrition

I'm still not getting what the problem is here IF he really does know his shit regardless if he came to Meso with a preconceived notion to make money. If he did, then atleast he got to know the community and introduce himself to the community beforehand instead of just dropping a complete bullshit scam. Just let this shit play out Id say there's been enough bs wasted on it.

It really comes down to morefyah assumes everyone is typical. I can understand it. Most people in life suck , money hungry, and back stabbing.

Brutus has been around for a long time. He has seen every thing come and go on meso, and can probably spot it all a mile away.

The only issue is, no one knows Mac. Know one knows how much help he has slinged to myself included. The quality of his post have been top notch , and that speaks volumes about what his end game is

I

It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to have planned this all from the beginning just to one day sell coaching and make what like $500 extra per month. Too much effort for little reward.

An update on my experience so far:

Tomorrow begins the first day of the new training program, and today was the first day of the new diet.

Anyone who has dieted HARD for several months knows how important the phase after that can be if executed properly, and so far a lot of detail and planning has been put into the diet Mac has designed not just to execute this phase properly but to set-up the forthcoming weeks to be as productive as possible.

Regarding the process, I purchased the training on Friday, had the questionnaire sent back and by Saturday night I had the first phase of the diet, and have received the next several weeks of training this afternoon. All of it is tailored since it's building off my previous macros with several changes to ratios and timing but also being congruent with my normal food choices as well (timing, what foods I can eat while at work, sleep schedule, training time, etc).

There are a number of reasons why I went with coaching for the next few months of my development, the main reason was that I wanted the next few phases (rebound, cruise, off-season) to build off each other in a progressive manner and this requires a lot of planning and being objective with how things are at any point in time. I know what my skills are when it comes to programming both for training and nutrition, but I know where I fall short and this is one area where I don't trust my own instincts on but I can see just by looking at my plans how the pieces are going to come together.

There are a lot of moving parts happening underneath the hood and this is exactly what I expected. For someone who is pretty obsessive when it comes to training programs and programming for bodybuilding, this protocol is going to be very productive.

That alone makes this endeavor worthwhile. The turn around time and method of constant communication we have set-up for this is a bonus.

Excellent. My devious plan to give guys more than they expected faster than they expected it with plenty of evidence that I have their best interests in mind is working flawlessly. All that’s left is to collude with Russia and build the wall.

I’m glad to have you on board. Your answers to the questions I posed assure me you’re going to execute flawlessly and get the absolute most out of this.

@mp46 the same goes for you; I know you’re chomping at the bit to re-tool your physique and make this a sustainable lifestyle. Your willingness to drop and change any bit of your current routine has progress written all over it.

I was waiting for someone to say something. Personally I see it as open territory on Meso and no one is a monopoly here. But I have to say, now it seems you came to Meso with a premeditated plan @Mac11wildcat . But in the end it's a helpful service....GL
If that were to be the case, I for one, believe it was a smart business move and great marketing at the same time.

Well, this all went to hell pretty fast. Even Mindless is in here (kinda) talking shit. This thread is the Meso twilight zone.
A couple guys attempted to send it to hell. Doing just fine, though.

Want to reiterate this is NOT my career. If you’re a client with me it’s not in a pool off 50 others to support shit like my mortgage or food for my son. I’m doing this because I enjoy it and am under no pressure to pack guys in to make more money. I monetized to justify the amount of MY TIME it takes to provide the level of detailed information I’m dishing out. Members here are regularly getting PMs and thread replies on simpler/less time consuming questions/needs.

You have every damn right to charge for your time. And your prices are a drop in the bucket compared to what you could be charging. Keep doing you bro and let the haters hate. If there are hidden agendas, they’ll be made known as they usually are. You and @Atlas_Physiques are offering an awesome service to the Meso community.

The ONLY thing I don't like about this is that I was REALLY following your last log that you eventually ghosted on lol. I guess it wasn't workinf well for you so you jumped ship? I'm just messing with you bro. I do hope you'll continue to run logs though as I learn a ton from them.

I encourage anyone that’s working with me to post logs. Maybe not my entire plan day by day  but peak lifts or progress, 100%.
