Jennifer is awesome. She is carrying a lot more than 132 in this video. I'm guessing around 145 which is why she was able to PR. She is thicker in this video than I have ever seen her.

I'd probably do dumbbell split squats off a bench in that situation. Then regular dumbbell deadlifts.

I've done goblet squats like that a long time ago. I don't do much dumbell work these days.

Your forearms get massive pumps from holding the DB"s...you can also do a shrug at the top of the exercise . Try it
Im doing more DB work than I used to...trying to heal up and not lift as heavy (for now) , thus the DB exercises .
