Ive been reading up on those . Great DB exercises...just needed a change and gonna help a friend out too.

No barbells (or machines) for 90 days , just dips/push-ups/chins and HEAVY DUMBBELLS :confused:

So it looks like my strict PL days may be ending. Still plan on training for strength, but competing may not be in the cards.
Found out my elbow bursa is jacked up from benching too frequently. Been swollen for over 3 months and now I need surgery. Recovery time is only 10 - 14 days though

Oh AND at least one of my 3 hernias have opened back up, so that'll be taken care of sometime later this year too.

I'll still be in here. Like I said, my goal will be overall strength, just not 1RM. I still plan on doing a majority compound lifting with some isolation exercises. I've been working on a routine loosely based off cube I should be posting soon for critiques...but there will be baby oil

Lift in a singlet just for fun? See how it feels?

Rest up brother. Father time is starting to hit me hard now. I had to get some squat briefs to give my hips some rest from squatting. I figure I can use the briefs once a week along with mobility work.
