View attachment 60973 PL meet I did years ago in the joint. The big silver plates are hundreds. That's a total of 520 lbs when I weighed in at 185lbs. I took the overall in my weight class. I was natty back then. This is that solid base I built when I was a young man. Well over 10 years of natty training. That logo on my right leg is the good ol Oregon dept of corrections.
But ya, I grew up a power body builder with average numbers. It was fun. It brought structure and discipline to my crazy fuckn life. I'm really bummed rite now cuz my strength ain't shit after my injury. I'm 2 weeks back in the gym now. Pumps are fuckn great tho. I can't bend bars with y'all this year cuz of my injury. However, I will train for aesthetics and follow all your guys logs and progress. Cuz at hart I'm a muthafuckn power lifter...

Ya man it took me 2 cycles when I got out to break 200. I got some old pics around here of the scale when I finally broke 200lbs. Took me forever. I walked around 175-185 for like 10 years it feels like.

My training style is different this year and I'm gonna see where it takes me in regards to aesthetics.Ahhh thath makes sense then, im 6'3 so at 189 i would look like a fuckin slim jim! Lol of course last time i was that small i was like 18 haha. Im anxious to get tk the bottom of this cut and see what i look like 220 and muscular, cuz last time i was 220 i was just skinny fat

Update:
One week in with my first exp with anadrol. Been using 50 mg per day preworkout. So far I find that anadrol is no joke. Definitely holding water already. And spending a good portion of the day feeling generally not so great. Once in the gym I'm fucking driven as hell the first 45 mins or so, and slowly die off towards the end of my workout. Also finding it suppresses my appetite a good bit post workout the past couple days.
Being one week in I'm gonna give things time to adjust and see what happens. I can definitely see how 4 weeks could be the maximum for some on adrol. But again once everything settles and the test and tren gets rolling things may change. We'll see.
Umm, I'd say too early. I am lifting a little heavier than I have been, but I think I could attribute it to the motivation of knowing I'm back "on" at this point, ya know? I plan on pushing the weight hard this run, but it may be hard to match my test and dbol run I did at this exact time last year. Worth noting I'm not really pushing the injectable doses, 400 tren, 300 test.I'm doing a little mini blast right now and trying to push my bench to 405 and squat in sleeves to 495 in the coming weeks. Got some superdrol I might run. Thinking of trying Anadrol soon though. I hear good things about the strength gains.

Seems most of us maintain some visibility of abs all year anywaysI'm doing a pretty reasonable one at the moment, too. It's actually just the extra stuff I had lying around I just decided to run. I'm thinking I'll go six weeks while i try to hit those goals, then cruise four and then run tren for six to lean back down. Already can barely see my abs.

Damn brother wish you a speedy recovery!We all know powerlifting isn't for the faint of heart. Training up to my first meet at 50 and leading the national rankings in both total and bench when I re tore my left bicep tendon today.
First time I tore it several years back was a full tear at the elbow which was surgically repaired . Today was at the shoulder. Hoping to have surgery before the end of the week and get back on the platform this fall to hit my original goals.
