Hate to hear your hurt Jay. At only 26 I still wish I could take back training decisions I made even at 16-21. Sadly I was one of those that got dumb before I got smart with my weight training. If you ever need motivation just look at all the hell Brandon Lilly has been through after that infamous knee blowout. Dudes still a beast by any standard. You'll pull through and continue to progress, I have faith in that.

Man I'm still in my stupid days, not with training never have been but with sports. I haven't gone a single year without being in a sling or a cast or crutches since I was 3 years old :confused: and I'm still in my infancy in comparison to most here... I can not wait until that batman knee exoskeleton thing is made cause I wanna be the million dollar man one day:D

For the most part I know what to expect but I'd love to hear any of you guys' experience. For what it's worth, tren test and dbol was by far my favorite/most productive cycle yet for obvious reasons. Awesome , awesome compounds for strength and size.

I have done this exact cycle
1500 test c, 800 tren e, 100mg a day anadrol
The one thing i didnt expect was just how HIGH anadrol jacked my BP. I know tren does as i have done a few test/tren cycles but the anadrol was the wild card being my first experience with it. So i know tren and anadrol combined is a perfect recipe for sky high BP. Considering anadrol was designed to treat patients with anemia it really shouldnt be suprising that a perfectly healthy individual will develop RBC issues and high HCT while using it.

My opinion is my test dose was way too high. So was the tren dose. If i could of done it again i would do 1000mg test, 400 tren A and 100mg anadrol. I thought tren E sucked in comparison to A. Not even close.

Dont underplay the BP issue. It is very real
But anadrol is my new favorite oral

Woah man I have yet to use anything near those doses. I ran 400 tren e and 300 test e and loved it. Raised both to 600 at around 7 weeks and hated the way I felt. Dropped back to 400 and 300 and felt better the last few weeks of the cycle. I thought about lowering my test to even 150 while I ran the anadrol , but for the most part I lean towards keeping everything constant with what I'm familiar to get a feel for what the anadrol does for me.

The anadrol hits like a mack truck. No waiting or building up. Thats why i love it. 90 minutes preworkout and get ready to destroy shit. It is really awesome being that dead set and focused on the task at hand. I was popping 100mg preworkout and bent barbell rowing 335 for 5. Incline benching 315 for 12. Front squatting 405 like nothin. It is a strength drug and i look forward to more anadrol in the future

Any more strength on anadrol than dbol?
 
For me dbol is as bad as it gets. Just my opinion
No/low estrogen conversion, no lower back pumps and aggression are 3 major areas anadrol beats dbol
They are just not comparable.
I did a short run of dbol about a month ago really loved the boost in strength didn't enjoy the back pumps.
 
I was on WC's high frequency training then which revolves around beating last weeks weight or reps. Very similar to any strength program. Big, nasty compound exercises were done everyday. Everyday i was doing a form of a push, a pull and a leg exercise. So like incline bench, bent barbell row and front squat for example. Then the next day it would be a different 3. Rinse and repeat. I would get so intune with my workouts that it fuckin hurt man. I would pop my 100mg of anadrol wait 90 minutes and just be filled with this anxiety to perform. Like i was a tiger behind a cage. Pacing. Once i got in the gym and i loaded my heavy adversary up with plates i would just stare at it. Like it thought it wasnt going to be lifted. Like it was better than me. I never got so amped up for my lifts as i did then. Reminds me of this...

I tore up new ground like Aaron Rodgers tears up pass yards. It was a VERY effective cycle for me. I think those large doses were a bit much and probably useless. I could of got bye with less. A combo between the high test and OF COURSE the effects of the tren but add anadrol? Holy shit man.

This might be better suited for another forum but figured I'd park the question here. Over the past year I have rededicated myself to using my lower body and getting rid of my excuses that hold me back from developing those body parts. So naturally as someone that spent a fair amount of time not training lower body I am seeing good gains. One thing that I am observing is my ass is getting stronger and more developed, no homo folks, lol.

I am seeing a rapid development in the upper outer area of the glute, both sides. The rest of the area is getting stronger and all of that shit, just no real growth in size except for the upper part. Is this something weird or abnormal? I am wondering if I am doing something wrong while squatting that may lead to bigger problems down the road, and if I am I would like to address and correct them asap.

Am I just being a retard here? Thanks for the feedback guys...

I'm the same. I think it's a power thing. The concentration of my lower body mass is in the glutes and upper portion of my legs. I'm also taller then the average bodybuilder and if I'm not mistaken you are as well.
Developed glutes are a sign of being efficient at generating force from the largest muscles in the body. Wear them like huge traps, a badge of strong AF man pride.
