I have a question about my ass gentlemen, wanna help with an answer??
This might be better suited for another forum but figured I'd park the question here. Over the past year I have rededicated myself to using my lower body and getting rid of my excuses that hold me back from developing those body parts. So naturally as someone that spent a fair amount of time not training lower body I am seeing good gains. One thing that I am observing is my ass is getting stronger and more developed, no homo folks, lol.
I am seeing a rapid development in the upper outer area of the glute, both sides. The rest of the area is getting stronger and all of that shit, just no real growth in size except for the upper part. Is this something weird or abnormal? I am wondering if I am doing something wrong while squatting that may lead to bigger problems down the road, and if I am I would like to address and correct them asap.
Am I just being a retard here? Thanks for the feedback guys...
