You can do 50. Just be careful. Halo will spike your BP. Ive found when I used it to go heavy on DL or squats I can get light-headed.
I wish you had more time before the meet to do some trials with it and see how it works for you.
But I think Docs plan sounds good as far as timing.

Draw into an insulin pin and toss the loaded pin into a toothbrush case. I took suspension for the first time at my last meet and pulled 600 like it was 405. That shit made me feel like a caged animal that was released onto the platform. I wanted to run through every motherfucker in that place. It was amazing!
I'll only use it at competitions though because I don't want to build immunity to it. I want it to be like that every time.

Definitely good to know but I feel like if I start using it on training days I'll get addicted to it and won't want to train without it lolol. So for me it's like a little treat on the day of the meet. And I love sneaking into the bathroom like a junkie to shoot up, old behaviors die hard..

I'm still iffy on halo, test suspension sounds cool as long as it doesn't spike BP too much.
It spikes mine. I don't really care for it anymore bec along with BP spike, it screws up my E2 control. I prefer stable levels. You'll have to try it for yourself.
I'd like to try some tren base though.
Anyone recommend any oils that will increase strength (besides tren, I'll end up in jail)? Should I add Npp? 12 weeks out from a meet and trying to stay away from orals. Kind of a noob when it comes to gear.. Current cycle:
600mg Cyp
150mg prop
500mg eq
From what I've read you're gonna wanna run the EQ higher than that to see the benefits.
If you wanna stay away from orals I'd use TNE or test suspension
