Gotta question about my meet cycle
Meet is mid may
Plan is per week (starting last week)
600mg TEST E
500mg EQ (frontloaded 1g last week)
400mg Tren E (starting 2nd week of April, so a month before meet)
Halo day of meet

My questions having never used tren.
A)Is it worth it to frontload like EQ?
or
B)Is it worth it to use Tren A until Tren E kicks in (like I did with NPP and Deca)

Also thinking about ordering some TNE, but never having used it, how much will it help?

I've never used Tren E for one reason and this is my advice to you because this is your first run with it. You don't know how you're going to respond. If you have sides that you can't deal with the Tren E will take time to clear your system. Tren A will be a matter of days if it doesn't agree with you.
I won't use Tren E because I don't have immediate control over it. With Tren A I have more control. That doesn't bother me with other compounds but Tren can be a monster. I suggest starting with Tren A at least until you feel it out and see how well you tolerate it.

I HAVE to do squats as my first workout. I usually dont have the energy later.
But its good you found something thats working
that was squat day, yesterday..
I've been just throwing on 2 plates at the end of a workout and repping it out.

but im the same way if I'm focusing on a big compound, i gotta do that first.

@weighted chinup i wanted to try fronts, but idk with how my elbow is. maybe after i try a wrap or that floss

I'm going to the gym right after work today, but I just realized I'm out of preworkout pop tarts. I think I might have toaster strudels in the freezer at home, so might have to eat one of those instead.

I used to love toaster struedel when I was a teenager. They dont travel well, but theyre good...as long as you cook em all the way (I cant count how many times I took a frozen bite)

Strawberry and cream cheese is my favorite. You have to toast them on a fairly light setting and let them sit for a minute and then toast again. Leave the frosting on top of the toaster or in hot water so it's warm. There's an art to it. I made my girl one when we first got together and she had no idea how much difference proper cooking made.

Hell yes, my wife likes em and I've been telling her for 12 years how she's supposed to make em. She makes em either burnt or frozen center. One of these days I'll just make her some and blow her mind.

Not to turn this into the cooking thread, but I used to toast em first and then put on the topping, then microwave to make sure there were no frozen spots and to make the frosting nice and melty.

Off topic of cooking, it looks like im going to be the only one in my weight /age group at my meet. So I feel good about my chances...

Nail your opener squat and first place is in the bag.

Also, lol at all the experimental toaster strudel cooking we've all done in our lives. Somebody needs to invent a device specifically for cooking them.

Im wondering how low I should go on the opening squat to make sure I get it without looking like I suck. But thats the only lift Im really worried about.

I could see some cheesy late night infomercial selling a toaster struedel toaster. We should invent something and do the commercial in singlets, lifting shoes, and belts...with our faces blurred.

And our voices changed like they do on the crime shows. I could probably rig something up if I had the time and motivation. Back in my using days tinkering with junk like that was a hobby of mine.

Have you looked at their rulebook? My fed's rulebook has illustrations of how deep a squat needs to be. Just film yourself from the side and see how you look. I was paranoid going into my first meet and I went so deep the judge and some other lifters commented on it.
