Another option that may allow you to get both is a top squat bar attachment instead of the ssb. I've used both. They aren't exactly the same but they aren't that far off either.

Holdsworth gave me his after I trained with him to use at my home gym. I think he felt sorry for the old bench guy's shoulders snap, crackling and popping every time he got in position to squat. Holdsworth's gym is in the same parking lot with Rogue.

Draper lists them for $139 but maybe you can find a used one out there somewhere.

Do try fit well on any bar? Mines 28.5mm just worried about it either feeling cheap or sliding about and wrecking my bar?

Pin in 2 weeks. Propping it up so hopefully I'll have some help in 4 weeks[emoji39]. I'm going to lean on everyone for moral support soon so I don't bail. Lost 2.4lbs last week would love to do that 10 more times.

I'm still about two months away. Posting my macros every day in my log and taking regular progress pics has helped with sticking to it. I'm 220 today and that's as low as I'm going, just going to try to recomp from here.

I'm actually like 5'9.5", but pretty much any shoe puts me at 5'10", so that's what I claim.

My mom is 4'10" and my dad was 6'3", so it could went either way. I'm the tallest person on my mom's side of the family and there's women taller than me on my dad's side and the men are much taller.

I'm the shortest Male from either side of my family, my dad being second shortest at 5'11 and everybody else being 6'2 or larger. Once upon a time I was 5'9 before an injury where I lost about an inch of height (really helped with deadlift leverages :p) so that's why I claim that.

Side note 4'10 to 6'3 that's a difference for sure at least you got above the middle of that one:D

Yeah, most men on my mom's side are 5'4" to 5'7". Short Italian genetics. My dad's side is English and Irish and they're just huge men. 6'2"+, 220+, big guts, big chested dudes. I took after my mom's side more except a little taller.

what do you guys take for joint relief? My right elbow has been acting up the past few days, seems to be where my bicep attaches... Fairly certain its due to adding more volume over this last week
