I use the death rows.. my unwrapped max is 500 and I'll be going for 600 in 5 weeks. I wrap it tight as a motherfucker, until it hurts.

Have you gotten close to 100lbs out of them in the gym? 2.5m wraps? Also, what's your squat style in terms of stance width, low bar or high bar and fast or slow descent?

I'm off cycle and coming back from some knee issues, but I expect to hit 500 unwrapped next cycle. Pretty much their entire inventory is out of stock right now. I've been reading a lot of good things about them ever since you first mentioned them here.

I have a beat up back so I don't ever go to my max potential squatting in the gym. My wrapped max in the gym was 550 and I smoked it. I'm wide stance, slow descent with the bar neutral.

I used to do low bar but it aggravated my back too much. I wouldn't say I'm high bar but I'm definitely closer to high than I am low.

I'm thinking front squats helped me a shit ton. Before I started DUP I was back squatting, I think, 355 for 3, or something like that....

Well, I warmed up yesterday and threw up 365 @ 3x5. I think I'm close to my goal of 4 plates and I've only been doing DUP for a month. Natural (minus 200mg test /wk)
 
Weight is still dropping but strength feels good if not better. I usually always lose a little weight/fat as the weather heats up and seems like summer is coming early where I live. My appetite is just falling off a little but I usually use it as an excuse to cut the carbs and fat before protein. In the mean time i gotta work on my lat spread selfie skills

Looking pretty lean. My lat spread selfie skills are painfully inadequate, too. I'm told you can't really do it without having someone else take the picture though.

Yea man its damn near impossible. Arms can't really do the same thing and take the picture too so the symmetry is always off. I have some bad shoulder mobility in certain angles as well. Lots of dirt bike wrecks when I was younger and dislocating one a few months back gives me that pleasure. I'm far from lean tho. Alot of my buddies walk around at like 10% and I probably never get much below 15%. I'm also alot fucking stronger than them too tho haha

I'd rather be 15% and much stronger without a doubt. I hear guys in the gym say they'd rather look like they lift some crazy amount. I'd rather actually lift it myself. The difference between PL and BB, I guess.

Yea we've had an influx of guys who think they're men's physique competitors lately at my gym. My way of seeing is I'm an athlete, not a male model. No hate towards my body building friends tho. I steal their training techniques and style all the time, and I love putting on size. But moving heavy weight has always been where my heart was.

My selfies generally resemble a retard humping a doorknob. How do girls manage to look like underwear super models but I look like I belong in a special needs commercial?
 
I'm currently watching this video series on YouTube. I watched it when it first came out, but now that I have a better understanding of what's involved I'm getting more out of it. I'm starting part six right now. Definitely worth a look if you're serious about doing your own programming.
