Perrin what do you cruise at ?

Started at 200mg/week and that put me at 1800, then dropped to 140mg/week expecting 1200 and recent bloods came back 1500, so just switched to 120mg/week. All these are divided into two pins a week, so 120 mg = 60x2, etc. All using the same bottle of test, too. 120mg/week will be my go to from here on or whatever it takes to stay around 1200 after this batch is gone.
 
Getting caught up between sets. Fuckin tornado sirens blaring again and the sky has that gnarly greenish dark tint to it. My dips need done though [emoji33]

Squatted 570 tonight pretty easily. 10 days out from my meet. Looking good for 600 which has been a huge goal of mine especially after failing it back in September at my last meet.

That's one hell of a squat. 600 is a big number. Can't wait to hear that you crushes that 600 marker. I've only hit 500 with sleeves. Just started using wraps and hope itll be closer to 6 plates come September for my meet.

Thanks brother! My max with sleeves is 500. Get Powerbelly death row wraps and wrap up til you can't feel your feet, you'll smash 600.

No shit??? I'll look around and see if I can't pick up a set. I never dreamed wraps would add that much. I figured I'd have to be at 545 with sleeves before 585 was possible
 
What do you guys do for warm-up on deads? It's starting to become my favorite lift, but I don't want to hurt myself.

I've taken vids of myself on that and squats, and my form looks really good as far as my back and pulling a straight line, just not sure what an appropriate warm-up is. I've been putting just one set of plates on and pulling them 10 times or so now, with some stretching.

225x6
315x4
405x2
Then whatever my working weight is for a 3x3
 
I'll see what I can come up with. Appreciate the info though. Keep us updated on the meet and how everything goes. Are you running a log?

Definitely will do. Im not but I think after my meet I'm going to make a thread and log everything. I plan to do my 3 main lifts but very very light I need a break lol. I'm even taking a token bench at my meet because my shoulder is fucked up right now. So much for the 1675 total I was shooting for :( but next time! I'll get 1700
