Gots a question brothers: doing anything over 10 total reps with 225+ on bench, really leaves (what I believe to be) my tendons sore in both arms. It starts where my bicep attaches near the elbow and goes down to my hand (on my left arm) on my right, it stays near the Tricep and elbow... is this tendonitis, or my body getting used to the volume+weight combo? Would elbow wraps prevent this? I picked up my tape but am yet to try it.
I get that too, I've always thought it was tendinitis but I could be wrong. I threw some cheap knee sleeves on my arms and it seemed to help a bit haha. Lol. 10+ *total*. I was doing 5x5 with 225 when I first noticed it.1-0 reps? I cant count above 8. No reason to go any higher to me![]()

Did 3x3 with 235 today and it's the same thing, so I think @Perrin Aybara may be right... it's just working too close to max, with too much volume etc.
