One thing to note: Mk 677 is involved in fear conditioning and learning, as all long-term ghrelin agonists (that excludes Ipamorelin and the likes).

I haven’t found any study on the topic unfortunately, but can testify first-hand that when I’m on it I act very paranoid and depressed.

If you use geometric dillution you will rensure a +/-5% on dosage. This is how pharma does it.

Lets say you want to make 100 10mg caps of mk677. Put the amount of mk677 needed, in this case 1000mg, in a mortar and place the same amount of filler, in this case 1000mg in the mortar with it and use the pestle to grind the powder. Now you have a total of 2g of powder so add another 2g of filler and repeat. Repeat this until you have the amount of powder needed to fill all of the caps. Usually a 0 will hold about 500 mg of so if total powder once tamped but you can fill 5 with powder and the pour back out and measure to get an average just to be safe.

Just because weight is the same doesn't mean density is. The filler maybe more dense and you can fit 700mg of filler and only 500mg of mk677 could fit in a capsule.
Get it? There's a formula to figure all this out.

Yeah this is true , but just for practicality if you just try to match the granule size you'll end up being as accurate as you ever need to be .

Its just my opinion , and if people dont care about accuracy its on them but id dont think you should cap anything less than 20mg anyways. You get to much variation in sift down cap to cap which is gonna swing your dosage a few mg in either direction. Then if you dont match your filler closely enough with your active thats another couple milligram swing pill to pill .

So if your making a 10-15 mg pill and those few little varitables can account for upward of 5-6-7mg potentially(even though this is worst case and probably a bit unlikely) , that could be upwards of a 50% variation pill to pill . Just not exceptable imo , so 20mg or better is my rule of thumb for caps .

Ok so I took my first home made pill of MK-677. I took 30mg worth just poured in 30mg of the powder into the gelatin capsule and swallowed it last night lol no filler or anything. First side effects so far is my appetite is through the fucking roof I can’t eat enough food. It’s insane. Insulin sensitivity is way up. Gotta keep My sugars up or I’ll be in big trouble. I’m gonna lower the dose to 20mg from here haha I took way too much.

I could never stay long enough on MK to draw bloods, it fucked up with my mind real bad: paranoia, moody.

Such a pitty because otherwise it’s one of the best drugs I’ve used. I was hungry with full looking muscles 24/7
