NapsGear.Net - reviews

You were the first website I ever attempted to order from and the last one. I placed an order with you guys and you fucked it up. your receiver was flagged and I got sketched out so I canceled my order. I even spoke to someone in your customer service chat room and requested they delete my information which they didn't. Why the fuck are you assholes saving customer information for such a long time. Why the fuck did you assholes and save my information when no order was ever sent. No transaction was ever completed. You guys major-league fucked up and all you have to say for it is deal with it, websites get hacked. Well that's just not fucking good enough in my book fuck face. Get your fucking ass off this board. you're done here.

As I said the information has leaked with the the help of the people from the inside of the company. We do archive the ordering history and keep it for 2 years. Then the info is deleted except emails.

So, admittedly, you hold onto customer info for a period of two years after the latest order and even then you do not delete email information? Further, your own employees are the ones that are involved in this?

Best of luck to you.

50% off orders although we can't guarantee that we won't mail your order info directly to law-enforcement because we have snitches in our own company. For 50% off discount use code: NAPSBSNITCHEZ

And there it is...2 yrs your ordering history saved. You have to be the dumbest drug dealers I know.Just asking to be busted!!! GTFOH. Anyone that continues to use Naps, you are just asking for potential heat.

Archived and saved on different servers for business purposes. All you see there are archives restored. Right now you won't find anything from 2015 in our system. You guys don't realize this is a war of competition and we had a snitch inside the company.

I suspected it was a competitor, as well. Seems as though you need to limit your employees access to data much more heavily.

nobody deletes customers' email information. Just for your info.

I appreciate your candor, but "everyone else" doesn't have their customers personal info uploaded to a website either.

It's unfortunate you are dismissive of everyone's concerns. Simply saying that "it happens, get over it" is pretty disappointing to hear and it shows how little you seem to care.

It would behoove you to let your customers, the ones who have been putting food on your table thus far, know what you're doing to fix the current issue and what you're doing to prevent it in the future.

Trust me they worked hard to get this info. We have noticed attempts years ago. They found a hole finally... Let's see what this truefighter will be posting next on the other big names. I bet nothing since the only target was our customers.

Oh, so it was archived and saved on a separate less secure server and was leaked by a snitch inside your company. I will sleep so much better tonight.

All info besides email addresses seems pretty unnecessary to store, after the package is received, why keep it? I realize you keep the emails for marketing/promos/etc. and if users are foolish enough to use a non-safe email account to register, they are putting themselves at risk already. However, these people use real shipping addresses and names to receive the products, there is inherent danger with that to the users/customers.

It seems prudent to delete that info once a month or so, or automatically X amount of days after package was received and OK'd. There is no further use of that data that I can imagine. To many of us, the release of this sort of info could be life ruining, truly. It is important to acknowledge that and embrace it, being as high profile of a source you are.

Please consider implementing something like that.

So was it a hacker that found a hole in your security or was it an inside person in your IT department. Your story is not holding water. You fucked up and you fucked me and I never even got anything from you fucks. Now fuck off and get fucked you're not welcome here.

First of all it happened in 2015. But don't be naive enough to think the website was hacked because of the weak servers protection. We have one of the most advanced security measures implemented to protect our servers because we are a big target and had always been. Google "database leak" and check the lists of companies, banks and governmental institutions including intelligent services servers hacked. Anything can be hacked! What happened to us happened in 2015. It's over. Get over it. Whatever happened, happened and we can't reverse it. The only thing I can is tell is that this shit happened with the help of the IT manager from the inside of the company.

But yes, business is running as usual and here is the next 50% off code: KILLIT2

Dickhead 2015 was just 5 month ago not years u guys shouldn't be holding no one's info after you have shipped to them
I've seen smaller start up labs with a more secure website

I don't care what the excuse is.Your in the game of illegal activity and should be taking extreme saftey measures. Why in the hell keep old info anyway??? You think if LE pop's you guys it won't be discovered! CLEAN HOUSE regularly, only idiots leave shit laying around for years.

Already did it and already getting hundreds of emails from people complaining about their missing ordering history. The old info was archived (kept separately from the system) to check the customers order history when necessary.

I doubt anyone is spending 50 grands a month for security. Trust me you would be horrified knowing "how safe" 99% of online steroids pharmacies are in terms of server security.

So was it a hacker that found a hole in your security or was it an inside person in your IT department.
An inside person who was giving out the weak points of the system to hackers.

Hence deleting the info once the order arrives and it is OK'd by the customer, which shouldn't be more than 48 hours after touchdown, I would think. Give the customers a window to dispute the order... Who is going to reach out a year later and say they are missing a bottle of GP Tren Ace, and you're going to believe them? 2 years is insane.... Insane. 2 months? MAYBE.

The bottem line here is naps dropped the ball and is trying to save face in my book your nothing but a punk bitch and your game is sloppy you would have to be slow to still order from them

I was hoping the delete order button in the napsgear account page would work for this very purpose. Give me the idea of when you want the system to delete the order automatically in case the customer doesn't delete the order himself.
