I would have the customer agree to those terms when they purchase and checkout. Make it clear the purchaser has X amount of time to dispute the order after it touches down... Then, after that allotted time, it's deleted from the system and cannot be recovered. I have never ordered from you, but I imagine the customer is emailed a receipt, anyway, right?I was hoping the delete order button in the napsgear account page would work for this very purpose. Give me the idea of when you want the system to delete the order automatically in case the customer doesn't delete the order himself.

You just keep getting dumber the more you post. A few years ago you were almost hacked. So I supposed to keep records from going public, you almost deleted information. But it's OK because no one deletes emails... While this may be accurate, under what authority do YOU KNOW everyone keeps email addresses? You're fucking guessing as an attempt to appease us. Cut the shit. You're not dealing with evolutionary fucktards. Some of us only appear illiterate but that's only a role played on the internet. You fucked up. Admitting you fucked up is the first step in curing an illness. Being cured is a 12 step process. You can't even get in the door, much less admit you fucked up.Trust me they worked hard to get this info. We have noticed attempts years ago. They found a hole finally... Let's see what this truefighter will be posting next on the other big names. I bet nothing since the only target was our customers.
First of all it happened in 2015. But don't be naive enough to think the website was hacked because of the weak servers protection. We have one of the most advanced security measures implemented to protect our servers because we are a big target and had always been. Google "database leak" and check the lists of companies, banks and governmental institutions including intelligent services servers hacked. Anything can be hacked! What happened to us happened in 2015. It's over. Get over it. Whatever happened, happened and we can't reverse it. The only thing I can is tell is that this shit happened with the help of the IT manager from the inside of the company.
But yes, business is running as usual and here is the next 50% off code: KILLIT2[/
Do you put the 50% code in the comments of the order section? Sent a pm. Pmd naps support yesterday on here but never received a reply. I'd like to place a order.
I hope so, as I know many people will continue to order from you regardless of this hiccup. Please, I ask you, do what you can to keep them safe. This is a step in the right direction.This is what we are going to implement asap.
@kpaltizer Lol seriously dude?
Hey I thought fuck it I'd take a chance at 50% off, theirs ways of keeping my name and address out of it but looks like it doesn't matter can't get naps to answer my pm and naps support never answered when I 1st joined and never knew about this. Guess i don't have enough points to help them..
Your call my man. It just blows my mind anyone would want to jump on the wagon with them right now in the middle of this shit when there are other options.
We've learned our lesson and took our security much further then an average website. You can see they could do nothing after November 2015. The servers and the info there right now is basically untouchable. So as weird as it may sound it is the safest time to order now.

To be completely honest, I was browsing your site a few days ago and considering an order in the future... But frankly I don't trust your system and don't plan on ordering until a much later date as I would like to observe how you recover from this incident. I'm concerned at some of the answers you've been giving though and it's a shame because you've been here a long time.
Except you mentioned earlier any web page and servers can be hack regardless of security.
