I hope NAPS allows me to reply here, cause this subject is about us. I have something to reply here. You cut only a part of what i said, but not the entire idea for some reason. Here are the facts:
1. yes currently pharmacom has orders saved in the database indeed. I am not going to lie and never hided this info. BUT, i mentioned this a lot of times, every customer can delete his orders and all the info from his account. If you care so much about your privacy, delete your orders after they are completed. We don`t do it for several reasons:
1. in case of any issues we need to be able to check orders, contents, delivery details. If orders are deleted, this is impossible, this directly influence our customer service.
2. it is not so easy to delete all info about all orders placed. This is not like just to delete a couple of files.
Currently our database keeps forever only your login, e-mail for mass emailing about news, discounts, etc., and nothing more. If you don`t delete your orders from your account your order details are saved there. If you don`t wanna this info to be stored, just delete your order after you got the tracking number. what`s the problem?
3. Finally, we completely understand your concerns, so we will set this our priority number 1. I am not sure yet how it will be realized, but we will take care of it soonest. We will still need to keep latest orders within say last 2-3 month to be able to provide the best possible customer service in case of any possible issues. All other private info except your accounts, logins, e-mails will be deleted from the database.
And once again: if you are currently concerned with your data being stored in our database, just login under your account and delete your order. That`s all.
