I do also have all the receipts of transaction to prove I sent it. And screenshot of there direction from the site....and all corresponding emails. What the fuck is up naps?? I've been trying to be kind about all this.

'I would appreciate it of you have rectified the issue with me before hand or spoke to live support, At times payment cannot be processed do to minor issues perhaps a typo etc

Excuse me sir but I have been trying to deal with your "live support" and your billing department for days now. Like I said, I can and will post all the emails and receipts if you would like. I'm not trying to make anyone look bad here if that's what your implying. I'm simply done waiting around like I have been since last week for an answer. I need the accutane as I'm leaving for vacation in a couple months and would like to start taking it.

Yeah, well IN THIS CASE... I'm going to keep this issue public until it's fixed so people can see that you either made it right or you didn't. Something fishy is going on here. Naps billing and live support said WU wouldnt send the money and that it was cancelled.WU says my money was picked up in fucking colorado....I sent it to another fucking country!!! How did it get picked up in Colorado if I sent it to another country?!?! And how did it get picked up if you people said it never sent because WU wouldn't send it?? Stop treating me like an idiot and treat me like a customer. A PAYING CUSTOMER!!

Been given the runaround to by naps. Going to have to take a hit on this one. Said they'd refund my money but I doubt it. Sent another pack from the same fucking country. Not waiting 3 months for shit. No shipping options.

Alright. I'm done. That shit is not cool when a mofo gets burnt. Brutha have looked into some US domestic? Assuming your from the US... There are some decent labs rite now that are doing some good things. I won't co sign for a single one however, I'd most definitely order from them if I needed to. I hate too see you get shit on by naps cuz clearly they are not gonna make you whole... Poke around in the UG brutha. . Sorry for all the horse play. It really chaps my ass when people loose money to naps...

@naps @Naps-Support ...are you gonna respond?....it doesn't take much for me to go on all the other sites and give you bad reviews....I'll copy and paste how shitty you have been to me once a day on every damn AAS site there is for a year straight so that every new guy to buy from you knows that you don't deal with your customers appropriately. Or you can quit the shit because I can prove I sent the money AND it was picked up even though YOU GUYS said it wasn't. All over some accutane.... What's it gonna be naps?

I actually have ordered from them and got a large order....it took waaaay too long for my patience level but seriously man....its like, why the fuck send me an order and then not send the next? If you can get the shit....GET THE SHIT, MAKE SOME MONEY AND LET'S ALL BE SATISFIED MOTHER FUCKERS. Straighten this out naps!
 
I've only dealt with these people once and to be honest I've found many other great sources....but they had a "sale" on accutane that was REEEALLY tempting and I need it. And now this @Naps-Support dude with the WOMEN'S UNDERWEAR AVI won't answer me. He pm'ed a couple times and then basically said to do another order and send the money to money gram instead....YEAH RIGHT YOU FUCK KNUCKLE!! GIVE ME MY ORDER FIRST!! You know...THE ONE I ALREADY PAID FOR!

Funny!!! enough if you wish to copy and past my reply feel free, Secondly you have giving very little min info to deal with instead providing the full details, It left me with min info to provide you more support. I have also stated please provide me the TKT# so i could further see the communication that took place between you and the live support, perhaps with the billing dept!! Dude quit the shit. The billing department gave me the run around for multiple days!! Now they aren't responding!! What ticket fucking # do you need?! I asked you this two other times? How do i get this tkt# and why?? I have all my WU receipts and all the emails....WHY DON'T YOU JUST FIX THIS SHIT?!?! Your being shady as fuck. Fix the issue dude. Everyone here is gonna see how fucked up you are. A lot of people already know. I've had several people reach out to me now through PM to tell me that this is typical of Napsgear. You are making yourself look like an asshole. This is not the way you treat a paying customer dude.
