Well....haven't been burned in a while. And normally I wouldn't get anything through naps...but I needed some accutane. Well, it's been five days since I sent payment to naps and they told me that the transfer was cancelled and that i needed to go pick my money up and try another way. And even more fucked up, when I called and even went back to the location i sent the money from, they both told me it had been recevied/picked up....EVEN THOUGH NAPS KEEPS TELLING ME IT HASNT BEEN. I've been given the runaround every day by one of their "help" members on their site and @Naps-Support and @naps haven't responded to me either....awesome. Accutane is expensive. I do also have all the receipts of transaction to prove I sent it. And screenshot of there direction from the site....and all corresponding emails. What the fuck is up naps?? I've been trying to be kind about all this.
'I would appreciate it of you have rectified the issue with me before hand or spoke to live support, At times payment cannot be processed do to minor issues perhaps a typo etc
