-Please note, We do ask min 30days from the day was shipped for us to escalate the request to the shipper for reshipping Or you have the choice to request credit toward future order.

2-Customers that has selected Regular Airmail, we do ask min 40days from the day was shipped for us to escalate the request to the shipper for reshipping Or you have the choice to request for credit toward future order.

Sweet. I love a source that comes right out and says "please allow 2 months for your order to arrive and if it doesn't show up by then, its not our fault" Lol
 
Worst part is the unknown. Am I checking tracking every day for nothing? Feels like it but if it says its shipped then its shipped. I believe that its not exactly Naps fault BUT I also feel they aren't really going out of their way to make it right. A reship should be a given option plus something else to earn our trust because right now, being a first time customer, i'm very disappointed.

The thing is my roommate orders from this stupid website called Wish. She get's packages from China all the time nearly every other day. She says it takes a month, sometimes more but never has she had a package "disappear" so there is something beyond a pack being "lost". Doesn't work like that.

If my pack's land, I will be on here backing up Naps 100% but its really in their hands on what kind of feedback they get from me. I'm very fair in my opinion as its my first experience with them.

I haven't received my package for 7 weeks. Naps pm me and said he sent out a reship already and it shows on the website "shipped" only thing is the reship was not the brand I ordered. Apparently the GP I order is having issues so I got switch to Alpha pharma. We'll see in a couple of weeks.

Well, like I said.... balls in their court. My shits been in transit 44 days for one order and 16 for another. Was trying to be optimistic about the GP issue but i'm sure youre right
 
i mean if theres really an issue in china at this time of year why wasnt there a disclaimer on their website warning people that this might happen? i would pay double just to get my shit and know im getting it. fuck naps and their shitty communication and shit reps
 
I agree with a disclaimer, I also would pay double just to get my shit and knowing I'm actually going to get it. Super Frustrating bro
 
Well looks like they are taking care of me pretty well. I've got my reship processing and once it lands I will be back to give my final opinion. If it lands it will be a positive one :)
