1-Customers that has selected EMS service if the package has NOT been received within 21days we will credit partial of the shipping EMS fee.
-Please note, We do ask min 30days from the day was shipped for us to escalate the request to the shipper for reshipping Or you have the choice to request credit toward future order.
2-Customers that has selected Regular Airmail, we do ask min 40days from the day was shipped for us to escalate the request to the shipper for reshipping Or you have the choice to request for credit toward future order.
